    It took me all these years to realize what George was doing here. He was doing call and response...with the drums! Everything he yells is then played in exact detail on the drums. Mind blown...

Hearing this back in the 80's I never knew who did this music as I had Shazam it and then look it up on RUclips a music video I never saw or it lease it had one until now.     My very first dance audition was for the Alvin Ailey Dance Company in 1990 to this song and I had the pleasure of dancing in front of Mrs. Debbie Allen! I was offered a position but, decided to go to school for business instead! This brings back so many beautiful memory's for me and my love of dance!!!! ❤

      Oh my God I love your story. Debbie allen? Business? So many questions. I actually had the extreme privilege and pressure of being a lighting technician in several nightclubs during the height of this song which lasted half a decade.
