Excellent video ! The scenes in Dafoe Park were awesome. I love seeing freights running through the park between the baseball fields. Great footage. The other scenes are fantastic especially the aerial view of the yard. Nice big rig truck too. Well done Todd.😊👍

Thanks Mike! I couldn’t agree more. Watching trains pass through that tight curve at the park between those three ball fields is pretty fantastic.
I appreciate you taking the time to watch and comment. Be sure to watch my latest in the LSRC Subdivision Series at 7 o’clock tonight. Have a great weekend!

Todd, another outstanding video. Glad everything stayed upright and on the tracks for you.
LSRC needs to put a little time and money into the Wilder Rd. crossing so that the gates activate quicker.
Thanks again for your efforts and sharing. Stay safe out there.

      Thank you brother!!!
I am tremendously elated every time I am trackside and nothing comes off the rails.
I could be wrong, but I believe the Wilder Road gates are intentionally set to delay so trains have to stop. Likely because it is a super busy truck route.
As for upgrades, they’ve actually upgraded everything at wilder road in the past year. The infrastructure there now is top tier. Better heavier rail, better grading, better ballast, new switches on/off the D&M Spur, new switches into the yard and shops, etc

Todd. Excellent composition. BTW. I figured out that when I was in Pinconning, the old New York Central yard is Huron and Eastern's. I remember steam O-4-0 switchers there and the box lunch stop on the Beeliners

      Thank you!
Man, those must be some great memories. Hopefully some day people will look back at my videos with find memories, or just honest enjoyment of what “used to be.”
I have been working diligently on separate video projects documenting five of the railroad’s subdivisions. It is my hope that those will survive long after I am gone for future LSRC/rail buffs to enjoy.
