I've come to terms with folks who are improvisors, and what I call Formula People. Both are necessary. If you threw a formula person into a strange situation, they may not do as well as an improvisor. Yet, if you had to lock into a calculated, repetitive process with precision, I'd go with the Formula folks. Some of the finest processes have evolved from improvisation and become standard flow/process.. It's a wacky world 🤣
@@echopathy yes I agree, both is very valuable and necessary and I am very familiar with creating processes from improvisation. And I know great conceptual artists too. Ideally it’s great to be able to do a bit of both 🙃 or do what suits the person best.
