I believe that hook on the top is meant to be used with the bar attached to the cable. I can’t really pull the trigger on titan. Every one has some issue…minor or time consuming. I’d rather pay a little more personally. I tried the cheap way out when buying my hex dumbbells from Walmart. The heads on my 90’s and 80’s had wobble! I returned them all and ordered from Rep for a couple hundred more for six dumbbells I get lifetime warranty and peace of mind I won’t have a head of a dumbbell fall on me. As long as it works for you that’s great! I just can’t do it- yet. Thanks for the review
It's a barholder. I hang everything on my wall for lat pulldown machine. I've had some titan stuff all worked fine except competition plates...couldn't get barbell loaded...on.any. plate. Good time returning those in person at a fed ex op center lol. Thanks for the feedback.
I like the machine buy the 2 bars that come with it are the cheapest and worst that have ever been made. I wish they left them out and lowered the price about $60
