I'm getting ready to go to Schuyler Virginia to see this in a few weeks, I love stuff like this, Classic TV show museums and artifacts, I wanna tour the Laura Ingalls Wilder museum and the Buford Pusser museum soon, Three years ago I went to Mt Airy NC to the Andy Griffith museum and all the great stuff on main street.
I'm thinking that most of the furniture, etc., was from the actual television show, but I'm not completely sure about that. And, no, you're not allowed to sit on (or touch) the furniture -- the room setups are roped off. It was quite interesting, though!
I want to go but the Fan in me thinks I will be disappointed. I doesn't look very interactive and I know i'll want to set at the kitchen table. Was any of the props from the actual TV show?
