INGREDIENTS :
• 150 grams tofu, diced and fried
• 250 grams bean sprouts
• 1 spring onion, slice
• 2 cloves garlic, slice
• 2 cloves shallot, slice
• 3 pieces curly red chili, slice
• 3 tablespoons water
• 1 tablespoons oyster sauce
• 1 tablespoon oil
• ½ teaspoon broth powder
• ½ teaspoon sugar
