Could you please make some videos featuring the A&H SQ models? There are tons of videos they just have the basics and just don’t ever get deep into the weeds.
Great video James! I’m listening on my phone and that kit sounds great starting out flat with no EQ. It definitely helps having a good well tuned drums.
Thnx for all the great tutorials and your heart to help others . Could you do a really deep dive on A&H SQ and routing busses etc plus building a great mix , thank you and God bless you my brother in Christ.
Using a Qu 24 board. Just a simple drum mic set up with a mic on the face of the kick drum and a pair of Rode overheads to pick up the toms/snare/cymbals.
Hey James please could you do this on a Yamaha TF console, it appears that there are not so much videos online to explain how you can achieve all this on that console. Thanks 🙏
Yes I agree there is not many tutorials like this for the Yamaha TF. I would love to see some from James. He does a great job in teaching and breaking it down. Very practical, information, and explained clearly. Need more like him DJ

Using SQ6. As it’s a basic drum kit I use the Hypabass inserted on kick channel. This also works well on Cajon.
