Heyy Sl1p!! Seen as easter's coming up, and in-game you have a TONNE of eggs, you should set up a sort of Easter egg hunt for the other guys in the server, dunno, you could make it interesting somehow. The only issue with it would be the eggs despawning.. Maybe put unclaimed, egg-painted dodos, each holding and egg? :)

Anyway, if he was worth his salt he would've used "dotame" or "usetame" (whatever TH it is) and it would've acted as a normal tame.
I was taming a beaver in my taming pen (out of the water and on top of wooden) and while i was gone he made a dam. When i came back, all i saw was a dam right where my unconsious beaver was.
"Hope you guys ar......EGG!!!!!!!!!!"

I was wondering weather you do your daily deep sea loot crate hunt Sl1p because you really need to get to it. If you get an ascendant pachy saddle then it is not worth it but a mastercraft machete would be worth showing us, not only because you will then be able to slice like a boss, but we'd know you were searching for cool stuff

Did a large Mining Company build an ore mine close to the Pooping Evolved Server? That can definitely mess with the beaver to dick ratio in most small towns.
You now have 7 beavers and u should make a walk way like a platform over the dam so u can access it from. above!

Hey Slip, great vid, as always, but the other day i was taming a beaver and while it was knocked out, it built a dam, like right on it. I could still access the beavers inventory. But i saw it pop up on the beaver. So i dont know about the whole render distance thing. I was right next to the beaver when the dam popped up so they should still spawn, even while in your base.

slip your correct that tamed beavers on wander will not make dams but the river by your home beavers spawn their but in the server settings you can put down the animal spawnn and resource spawn near players/structure resource spawn affects the dams since its a resource and it is not 100% sure that rocks are needed if you jsut want wood you dont need rockas rocks are for cementing paste

Oh they so did not fix the spawning bug. Happens to me all the time, after I kill a bunch of dinos in the swamp area i go home and come back and beavers spawn like crazy and bugs too
Why not just build a small stone taming pen and drop all of the beavers from that area in it? After a little bit, they'll make at least one beaver hut right on the stone foundation. If you build the taming pen small enough, you can access the huts from outside of it. Plus, after you airdrop them into the taming pen, the existing beaver huts are now accessible, as the beavers are all locked up.That's how I get my cement paste.
Doesn't have to be in the water either.

Look at sawgrass in Jacksonville Florida it's not the privacy u want but it is spread out some not attached and the neighbor hood is LITERALLY ON THE BEACH there isn't much near it though. Just letting u know about this I would rly like it if u replyed

IDEA: What if you built separating walls in your pond, dividing the beavers up equally in each "pen"? I wonder if you would be more likely to get multiple dams that way.
Sweet way to get cementing paste Sl1p! A few grapples for cementing paste is totally worth it. You should constantly add beavers to Beavertopia.

I have a farm going on ! and they multiply! Well they used to until I install lasers lol. now only my own are hard at work.

build 2x 5x3 pens (stone) around 10 meters apart on the rocks, get 3 wild beavers and put them in one of them, they will build a few dams, use an argie, move the 3 beavers to the second pen, harvest the first go back later move the beavers back to the first pen..........
It's because the game knows you are looking for beavers. LOL
When I wanted a dodic, not one could be found. Every mountain searched, every hill. The areas they are supposed to be common, not a one. After several days search a couple hours each time, I managed to find one, low level. After i tamed it, dodics everywhere.

I'm playing solo. One of my bases is at hidden lake. On my server when I found the place there were two or three beaver and maybe 20 dams all around. The lake or pond is small and most of the dams were out around the lake on the grass. A few dams were even quite far away up near the mouth of the three access valleys. I had heard about the "on stone thing" so i built a corral/trap and tried to entice one in. Not a good plan. 1st the beaver took out his rage on the corral when he couldn't corral me. Even after I took down a wall he would not enter. He just attacked the edge of the next wall. He would run away a few hundred yards and then run back to another attack. He didn't calm back down for maybe 10 minutes. I have never had anything chase me that long. Through trial and a few errors I found that if I stripped a dam it would fall apart and a beaver or two would go ballistic. I had to kill several because they never give up trying to get even. However if I approached a dam when no beaver was close as long as I left one log in it i could harvest without causing a reaction. I get lots of wood, pearls, flowers, and cement past. I have a SARCOSUCHUS that spans every day or so but my on guard bronto stomps him out. However he usually does decimate the beavers but they come back in a hour or so. Love your stuff, but not excited about the armor. Since I'm playing solo in the 60's and use three trikes as protection I still use just the leather. I like the way I look and looks are more important than life itself.

My brain hurts from the amount of times he counted the beavers wrong. SL1P THERE ARE 7, NOT 6.
Build up a large wolf pack of like 20-30 lvl 200+ dire wolves and go to war! Mate boosted dire wolves in a pack can destroy giga's with ease. Boost HP up to 10,000+ then just pump everything else into melee damage.
Yoh slipgator... you know you dont have to drag things into your inventory... the shortcut is "T" if you hover over a item with your mouse... "T" for Transfer. an "U' if you want to drop things... hope it helped. cuz i see you still dragging things over.

When the Map is open you can, open the command line, and then use your cursor :)
Sl1p tamed dinos block wild dino spawns, the disposable army is blocking the beaver spawns. Even one tamed dodo would block those beavers from spawning there.

force tame Dino's do not require a saddle (slip cheated)
Patch today made this method less necessary, but for pve official its a huge boon. we have multiple confirmed dams even with 1 beaver only, and they now spawn on all surfaces, not just rocks.
I knocked out a 116 beaver and logged off and logged back in and a dam formed around the unconscious beaver then I derived and almost killed it with my battle trike harvesting narco berries for it and now I have a 116/134 I believe beaver. Lol
Sl1p I looked at your subscriber count and I thought it said 8 million, wishful thinking I suppose...
