this is simple and explanatory video. can you make a video on what happens if you dont lube your chain? saw a youtuber claiming that the cost of lubing is more than cost of changing the chain-sprocket set. 😅

And, not lubing may be more economical if we view it in one way and when viewed in another way has an adverse effect on rolling resistance and power output to wheel and fuel economy.
Not lubing stiffens the chain and sometimes it break or increases resistance while riding.

Don't know about the future. Current vehicles are UP TO E20 so E0 also ok.

One question I have professor is, is that mix of ethanol+H2O cumbustible?

Ethanol fire is best fought with water.
Wow.. no more need to carry booze for a long drive. Just use your waterbottle when camping . Bike happy for getting pure petrol and Rider happy for getting 🍻

Has anyone tried adding a detergent to E10 to retain the water and ethanol in solution within the fuel to prevent problems with water ingress during storage? Is this how the fuel stabilisation additives work?

I honestly thought the ethanol would have been engineered to mix in the petrol in a way that it wouldn't separate this easily!!! I'm a bit baffled!!!
Altering chemical properties will increase prices. And ethanol blending is to reduce prices.
Sir, can u tell me if this separation happens without the presence of water. Because the vehicles i keep u used for more than 3 weeks, all of them are having issues with water getting into fuel line. And please note 3 of them i am talking about are hondas.
No separation on it's own. Only water/ moisture can.

Perhaps people don't realise that this method can be used to separate Ethanol to protect old bikes which may get corroded due to ethanol.

Before using separated pure petrol, it is advised to use modified Kolar Kut pastet to check any water residues in fuel

But what way is it harmful to engines and how automobile industry mitigates this issue….?, what about E10 fuels in bikes that come through CKD or CBU routes, are these vehicles competent enough to handle E10 fuels or do you recommend any other fuel for these bikes or additives …?, is E10 fuel a norm globally ?
E10 to E15 is quite common globally at the moment.
So we (bs3, bs4)are just buying less petrol for more money

All engines prior to bs6 stage 2 (circa 2021) aren't designed for E20..
Wonder whts going to ultimately happen to my REs 500 & 650..
Of course you showed us how to use the distillation jar.....

He never said E10 is only for vintage vehicles. What he said was, "If you have any vintage vehicles that can run only on pure petrol, then do this and separate the ethanol from the E10 petrol". TLDR - Vintage vehicles (some) = Pure Petrol, Modern day vehicles before BS6 Stage 2 = E10 Petrol, Vehicles BS6 Stage 2 and up (till god knows what) = E20 Petrol
@@govindb7837 u just haven't got it. Apart from vintage, all pre-2021 vehicles will struggle on e20.
E10 pretty much management for most engines..

I used E20 and observed that my mileage dropped drastically. Dont know why it happened. Please let me know if you are facing the same phenomenon.
Possible.
As the percentage of ethanol goes up, the mileage drops accordingly. Because compared to pure petrol, e20 has 20% ethanol, and ethanol has less calorie count per volume compared to pure gasoline. Hence mileage drops. Higher blends like e20 should be priced lesser than normal or e10 petrol - that is how it is in other countries.
@@GodsOwnRider Agree. The oil companies are playing on our guilt consciousness to make money. This product will not work unless there is a price difference. On the flip side, if Govt makes this mandatory, then it will indirectly increase our fuel expenses.

I don't think there'll be any damage as long as there's usage and fuel flow.
