It's a great ride, but the capacity is low enough that the line for it is grueling in the summer.

I thought of doing videos of 2 alike coasters such as scream and Medusa ect like scream vs Medusa with a side by side video and other alike coasters. Your idea sounds good also. Would you like to see top ten coasters for each class of manufacturers and like my top 10 coaster countdown ect?
I thought Medusa was a B&M. At Six Flags Discovery Kingdom, it was a large B&M floorless coaster
This is the year that I finally, _finally_ go on this ride. I have gone on every other coaster in Hershey, but I refused to go on this one because the thing I hate most about coasters is going straight up. But I know that I will love this ride, no matter how scared I am at first, so I’m going

the roof by the break run has alot of hairbands and stuff on it lol. peeps seem to throw it on their while on the break run. its a good trend.
Rode this yesterday for the first time. We rode every coaster there, this was the last one. The hill was pretty intense and the first drop. But it really whips your around. I got off this ride super lightheaded and then was nauseous the rest of the day because of it. Not sure what it was, because I was perfectly fine and happy on every other coaster lol. So needless to say, I probably won’t ride this again. But definitely a thriller of a coaster.

This was a great ride, and with the fast pass, you literally skipped the entire line and got dropped right at the cars. I rode this three times before someone rode it one haha. My favorite part other than the drop was that little bump right at the end that gave awesome ejector air.

Thanks for the input about the sounds. I might now always have the same sounds and could change them depending on the theme of the video. But I'll keep that in mind about toning it down.
Honestly I don't care about the new thing you did because I see the park litterily everyday because I have season passes so I know everything about the park, ask me a question I'll get it in a blink of an eye. For people who haven't been to Hersheypark or don't have season passes I'd keep the new thing. :) 😊

Bro that drop is INSANE
This ride had so much hype while it was being built, and after standing in line for about 3 hours on a hot summer day to see what all the hype was about, I was seriously disappointed. The best part is the negative degree drop (95 I believe), the rest is boring and way too short. I'll stick with Storm Runner, that one gets me every time. I haven't been to the park since 2009 so I can't compare it to SkyRush. Great Bear is another awesome ride.
I don't love it either, I'll ride it when I go but not nearly as much as the other coasters. I hate the way it jars your head, that's the worst part for me. It's such a hyped up ride like you said and the line gets ridiculous but I think some of the others like Great Bear and Stormrunner are much better. Skyrush is a good coaster but the restraints really kill your legs because you're strapped in so tight. I find myself riding the older coasters the most here actually like Wildcat and Lightning Racer. The lines usually aren't bad and I love a good wooden coaster.

I have done both and other options too depending on what I need to do for that particular ride.
The only bad part of roller coaster videos are at least one person is screaming at the top of their lungs. By the way love roller coasters and going to Hershey Park this year!

+Deathbyillusion Ive been on skyrush a few times and from what ive experienced it has really bad whiplash, i feel like if it had shoulder restraints id like it more since im a 6'6 man the corners just toss me around and it hurts, also i forgot to mention i really love the great bear :D

I'm not interested in stealing your video ideas or anything but I'm curious! Do you use a GoPro chest mount or is in a more hd camera? Just wondering how it's so stable.
+Dimitros Well I have a Gopro and other cameras I use depending on what I have to use in that situation. Hey they dont allow loose articles so yes it was a GoPro but even then it still can be jerky I just have a way to amke it so it doesn't jerk and have experience doing this so I know how to handle a camera. Some rides though are just to dang jerky and its impossible to do. Some times I even have the camera mounted.

+Dimitros no problem I actualy started doing this because I had people message me about the few coaster videos I had from my home Park saying that I should do more coasters from more places as they can't ride coasters because of health problems so this way they get to experience them or the thrill rides. Then it just took off from there.
I gotta ask. What do you do that allows you to go to all of these parks? Is it something that you do on your spare time, or have you molded it around a profession? I want to know cause it might be something I would want to look into!(I love rides) :)

+Smartgaming I don't know that's one of the very few six flags I haven't been too. I haven't been there, Six Flags New England, Six Flags Mexico, Six Flags Great Escape, and do they still have Six Flags La Ronde? If so I haven't been there. But been to all the other six flags parks.

i thought i was gonna die when i rode this a few years ago. cause i could see the sun too (as you go up at that 90 degree angle), but then, after you get over the little hiccup of the 90 degree drop, it's pretty fun!!! the two corkscrews were (in retrospect) amazing, cause i literally was off my seat - but still secured of course. it felt like flying - and then it was over.

I liked the stats except I differ from the rest of the people here in that I found the sound effect to be kind of annoying. The appearance of the banner is great, though!
So you would like it with different sound effects? Toned down or no SFX at all? I was thinking if the ming the sounds to what the theme of the video is. Like if it's a scary video to have creaking or something. Dragster have screeching sounds ect or is that too much?
Now I'm not really sure because I like where you're going with that...I guess the sound kind of startled me and seemed out of place. The thing about the banner is that it's not exactly hard to notice, so I don't know if you'd really need a distracting sound to call attention to it. It's your call though, I'm not dead-set against it!

What camera did you use, and what kind of mount did you use?
I use different cameras and different mounts for different videos. It all depends on what I have to use. But got this it was a GoPro with chest mount.

Jesus I don't know why people insist on screaming like that. Screaming actually lessens the g forces and such compared to if you just stay silent during the ride. And yeah, I get staying silent isn't "fun" but that's just a trope that defines what you can find fun. I ride all my coasters silent so as to fully experience the forces (with the occasional whoop of approval/laughter) and so I don't hurt people's ears.
I get what your saying but sometimes people can't help it. I went on a roller coaster and all of the sudden I started screaming and I couldn't stop.
i didnt want to ride it my friend made me, and don't tell me i could've backed out, because it isn't that easy. and NO, i couldn't help it. i didnt even know i was screaming until my friend told me to quiet down, and even then i couldn't.
It's a normal thing. When people are scared, they scream.
