About this channel: We are the Smith's. A Christian family of 6, living in the country just outside of Georgetown, Texas. Granger, a touring country music singer, Amber, an actor and stay at home mom, and their children: London, Lincoln, River and Maverick.
I want Amber to know my first grandchild little Margot Grace 6 months old on the 13th had her first swim lesson.Your loss touched our family very much.And we honor Riv by making sure she can swim.

Babies can’t swim and they shouldnt be depended upon to save themselves. Look up the dangers of this. Yes kids should learn to swim but not before one year of age per the academy of pediatrics. A six month old should be nowhere near a pool alone anyways!
Don't worry Nancy that baby will never be left alone near a body of water so relax. And see if the American pediatrics will agree on anything 100%.

Seeing Mav, Lincoln, and London playing in the dirt to gather worms for the chickens reminds me of when I was their age. We had a very small ditch that would fill up with rain and we always were mud from head to toe, then Mom grab the hose and hosed us down before we could go back in the house! Fond Memories ❣️👍😎🤗
When my sisters and I were the kids age we loved playing in the rain like that. We also went barefoot in the dirt. Just had to hose off before going into the house. When it storms now I love looking at the lightening thru the window. Granger this was making memories to last a lifetime and just Loved it. Thank you and Love y'all.

I loved this video. All that rain just helps everything to grow. 2 inches of rain in 15 minutes is alot . Bare feet in the dirt after a good rain feels so good.

When my sister and I were younger, we loved stomping in the rain puddles, squishing mud between our toes, making mud cakes, and throwing them at each other. Those were the good ol' days! Now when we get together, we reminisce about all the fun we had back then. But we may or may not have had an occasional mud fight when our kids were little for old times sake. They thought we were crazy at first, but ended up joining in. 😅 Have fun and enjoy making those memories with the kiddos! Have a great week!
We get the storms we refer to as gully washers here in Ottawa, Ontario and they are spectacular. Yours seemed to even beat those for amount of rain in that short amount of time. However, I have seen the underpasses flood badly when the storm sewers are overwhelmed. Fun to watch and even more fun to play in the puddles afterwards. Maverick seemed to discover that!
I'm m south of houston and we've had storm after ☔️ storm here but no hail! I used to bury my ankles in muddy puddles and make our pies in my youth in IL. That's awesome you had them go barefoot!

Mommies spend a lot of time with children. It warms my heart to see Granger doing so many things with the kids. Especially new experiences. I wish my dad would have spent time doing the simple things in life with myself and my siblings, but he was always busy working. One shift was enough to support our family. However, I felt like he worked 2 and 3 jobs just to avoid all of us kids. God rest his soul now! Granger and Amber, you two are such a beautiful team for Christ and your children. I just love your family 💯%

The most memorable times of my childhood were when we'd go out after a rain and walk around barefoot in the dirt and mud. It has a healing property to it, really. It's good for the body and the immune system, as well as the soul. Still, today, I find it so healing to go out in the muddy yard in my bare feet and walk in the mud and rain. It's something that gets into you and brings you closer to nature and God, I think. Thanks for sharing with us. I'm missing those episodes already and it's just the first week. Thank you for this Sunday evening episode. My time with the Smiths just makes me remember my childhood and my family who all have gone on to Heaven. Those kids will remember these times like I do, and so many others of us do. Those are THE BEST TIME of them all. Love you guys.

Oh my wild rain storm! My mom misses that so much being from Florida! Idaho doesn’t know how to have a good rain storm but they know how to do snow ❄️ go figure!
It's one interesting spring for sure this year... we in northern wa/Idaho and we had some pretty lightning storms and crazy fast from cold 40s to hot 79 for like week to back to 60s n by end of week we supposed to hit 80 again... rains in between the hot days... totally not normal but then who knows what normal is anymore last 5 years weather been not normal. Love your videos.

We got some storms up here Saturday night in DFW, knocked out my internet so I just played music, some video games, and slept to the sounds God sent, it was peaceful if worrysome due to the water levels. This morning showed we were all good, and I went out Door Dashing, until I took a spill that now has my left leg extremely sore, but I'm still here, and God will see me through, though I would appreciate your prayers there. I'll sure be keeping all of the Smiths, and our YT family in my prayers.

I thought it was really funny that London didn’t want to go barefoot but in the end she was sitting there digging in the dirt for worms.
I got the giggles hearing Granger telling them to get their shoes off for some dirt therapy. In my mind I was hearing my Daddy telling me to get my shoes on ! Lol ! I was a barefoot girl ! I told him on several occasions that I wasn't born with shoes on... umm... yeah !! Lol !

Hey Granger I am hoping you have luck with your garden I haven't got mine in yet always wait tell after mother's day cause here in Indiana we still have a chance for frost. I am hoping the good lord is with me this year cause last year nothing & I planted 3 times first 2 times garden got flooded out with rain like 5 inches in 4hrs then last time the heat hit & just cooked it the year before had to replant twice to get some crops so praying. On your gutter I would of put a garden hose in spout at top & ran water to at less clean it out your underground hose might be plugged hope you get it fixed. GB y'all stay safe (your lost old wolf pup friend LTC 😀)

Big storms in North Texas the last few nights! I moved recently and it’s so quiet at the new place and the thunder was SO loud!!! But, it’s really cool to stand on the patio, when it’s not raining, and hear birds wings flapping!! My house backed up to a busy street before and was so used to the noise, I didn’t realize the difference until I moved here!
