You aren't the only one, Bud-E That TV is still out there and from the scene where the letter was dropped and given to Wren from a "possible" figure off-screen then it seems something more evil is upon all of them and planned all of this to happen
I really liked the main villain of this arc. Although you could slightly sympathize with his backstory, he still felt like an absolutely evil person. I think Meggy saying that "she wishes she could be his friend" perfectly describes my feelings of that arc well. I feel like Wren is what SMG4 Would've became if he wasn't saved in "Its gotta be perfect." He was manipulated in a very similar way to SMG4, but the difference being that he didn't have anyone to pull him back before he was too far gone. It really is tragic that what once was a really good-alligned character turned into such a monster. Makes me fear what the "TV" Has in store next.
i disagree. For how dark this was he needed way more explanation. "I was a champion but lost once and fans left me so I'm now broke and want to ruin the life of the splatfest champion I raised". He only met Meggy once and left her his hat. Why would he target her? And how petty can he get about being defeated? I would ask who gifted him the virtual world but I think that would be explained later. I like the idea of One Shot Wren being evil but man he needed waaaaaay more screentime to explain himself. Everything just felt rushed.
I feel like that was explained enough. He became obsessive due to the fact that everyone left him and he lost basically everything, so he clutched onto the one fan he heard he had left. Meggy was met to be his perfect rival- his fairytale come true. Feel like that part was explained enough with context clues and indirect storytelling. And people don't always think rationally. This is the same TV dude that manipulated him thats also behind the events of "Its got to be perfect", and you saw what he did to SMG4 (A completely sane person.) I suspect the TV dudes whole sthick is manipulation and turning good people into complete monsters by utilizing their fears and weaknesses. We saw it with SMG4, and I think something similar happened to one shot Wren. my personal theory on what happened is that when his guard was down, someone came to Wren. The 'TV Man", as i'll call him. He gave him a chance for a perfect life, and planted into his head the ideas of how to hurt Maggey (He could've known about Desti, but Axol?) Its likely Wren was ultimately just a puppet used by the TV Man to try and hurt and break Maggey. Whoever he is, they are likely our new ultimate villain (similar to how Zero was for a whiles.)
@@scottvgamer1163 To be more frank it's more of the corruption of the God box itself that lead to the destruction of the two meme universes. Not to mention the very risky anti meme energy. SMG One already explained that upon being opened the box would bring down the doomsday upon. That's possibly why there was only the choice of destroying the box. As for the mysterious TV logo we need more videos to find out about it. Firstly it appeared as a scam website to SMG4 to help him create the "perfect" content. Now apparently it sent an invitation to Wren a long time ago to give him the world he used to have. Kind of like what Dr. Sheridan went through in Meta Runner except it's not in a large scale. So my guess is that right now, the scam TV corp gives people the "perfect" life and solutions in the cost of consuming them with greed and peak insanity(what happened to 4 and Wren).
This is why you never meet your idols, kids. Wren might just be the second most Dispicable villain in the franchise. (Never forgetting Francis.) And it was awesome seeing Tari put her Meta Runner skills to use and for Meggy to learn her true value. By far Luke's greatest SMG4 project yet.
Ehh, I liked it a lot but the revelations movie has yet to be beaten for me, and I also really liked the 10 year movie. This one just didn't have a whole lot going on.
Yeah, then again, I wouldn't call Wren much of a villain, more say corruption like what Niles was, genuinely was a good guy, a well respected one but after loosing the title he ended up loosing everything, which lead to whatever corrupted smg4 to send an invitation to the machine, which later corrupted him cause of his greed to stay on the top.
@michelk.8008 tbh, I don't hate Wren, he serves as a reminder of Niles, someone who was consider like a hero to others, but then became corrupted, fallen heroes who are just a former shell of the hero they used to be
why i have the feeling that francis didnt die and is the one behind all of this with a new no nintendo desing because this feel a lot personal to meggy and the fact that both desti and axel were in the simulation when i dont think that wrenn had ever meet them feels a lot more important
One thing Viger points out -- Tari is the Mickey Mouse of Glitch… That's 100% true, but Tari would never have been created had it not been for Luke developing an interest in animation. How did that happen? *Meggy.* Best Girls are forever linked (in a literal production and creative sense, although I'm not above shipping them 🧡💙) Meggy walked so Tari could sail so Murder Drones can fly so Digital Circus can eventually soar 🌠
One Shot Wren was likely always that way, it just took failure to bring that out but seriously it was fucked up to use Meggy's own trauma against her He caused his own death too
I don't think it was entirely failure. That TV guy is invloved (likely the sponsor that gifted him the world), and if 'its gotta be perfect' is any indication, the TV guy is a master of weaponizing fears and truamas onto people. Driving SMG4 nearly insane, likely doing the same to Wren too.
Wren literally saved Meggy's life when she was a (very dumb) child. He may have been a dick on the Turf War circuit but he clearly cared about kids and always presented the best part of himself there, so he can't have been all bad. We've also seen, not just here but in Meggy's own Splatfest win AND Axol's backstory, that Inkopolis is a shitty place if you don't fit in. Wren's failings aside, the TV caught him at his lowest.
What's funny is that when you look at it, Wren is basically a foil to the previous arc villain Lawyer Kong. Both characters made appearances in the past, but Lawyer Kong as Funky Kong never really had any impact on the characters while Wren was the one who inspired Meggy. Both psychologically torture the characters with Lawyer Kong using DMCAs and firewalls to do so while Wren uses a reality warping machine to do so. Lawyer Kong is gruff, serious, and authoritative whereas Wren is a smug, snarky inkling who is actually rather childish. Even the parties the two work for are contrasts to each other. Nintendo and Miyamoto make it clear who they are with Miyamoto being a reasonable authority figure whereas the organization Wren works for is still an enigma after Western Spaghetti. Also whereas Lawyer Kong simply just pulled a "Screw this I'm outta here" and retired from the lawsuit business, Wren died alone by the machine he was using.
I personally think it would’ve been pretty E P I C if after Wren’s goon asked who Mario was he said, “I’M OPTIMUS PRIME 3000!” As a Wild Wild Mario callback- Edit: I’m just now seeing that Viger said the same. Sorry-
I don't think Meggy would realistically ever recover from the trauma of being killed over and over again, without hope, for a whole month straight. Especially since she already had past traumas. She recovered almost immediately.
Yup, but knowing some toxic fans they would make a big deal out of it and say that they are just repeating meggy’s insanity all over again, so that’s probably why they had her recover quickly. But yeah im also wondering how she can still be ok after literally being killed and tortured for a month
It took me a while to realize this, but the whole thing with Meggy getting shot by Wren over and over reminded me of an earlier SMG4 episode where Wario dies and keeps reliving the same day over and over only to keep dying. "Wario Tries to Keep Himself From Dying"
Nah the anime arc is still the darkest since it is real and not a simulation for most of it. Same with the cosmology arcs. This is up there though, just not on those levels.
The Genesis arc is still the darkest arc due to it being straight up horror. The anime arc wasn’t even that dark and was tame compared to Revelations and Genesis arcs
I mean the Genesis Arc was darker than the Anime Arc since the villain of the Genesis Arc was played completely seriously, most episodes of the Genesis Arc tackled dark themes like mass omnicide and forced possession, completely played the horror elements straight with few comedic moments, and had a major character die. The Anime Arc's only dark moment was Desti's death which wasn't impactful as Axol's death. Otherwise, the Anime Arc was definitely not as dark as the Genesis Arc since Francis's goals were smaller in scope compared to Zero who committed universal genocide
Wren isn't even mainly a villain. He was just handed a stick of sugar that TV knew damn well was dangerous for him in his current state. If you look at the instances prior, SMG3 was resistant to the Subathon because he was already recovering from the RUclips/Genesis Arc where he got the remote, found out it was not all that it was cracked up to be, and got sent back to where he was actually supposed to be in the first place. SMG4, however, not having much experience in this and generally always being the upbeat goofy hero, as soon as he "fell off" or started feeling like shit, when the TV waved the Keyboard in front of him, he dove for it and annihilated the entire fucking castle and nearly took himself and SMG3 out as well. Niles had similar behaviors with the God Box; while SMG0 was able to be responsible with it, and was seemingly able to create Niles correctly initially, and treated Niles with respect and kindness ever since, Niles felt he was imperfect, so when he managed to get to the Box and was handed the monstrosity that is in Genesis/Revelations, he dove for that despite it destroying many, MANY worlds in the process for no reason. Wren is the same thing, again; he "fell off," to the point he was homeless. Nothing said he couldn't get back on his feet, but it sure as shit feels like you can't when you're at rock bottom, we know from experience. It feels like it can only get worse and will never get better. So TV throws him basically a gigantic stick of cocaine his way in the form of a world entirely his own and in his control, and he can just hook himself up at any time and forget about whatever this nonsensical world is doing that made him fall off, somehow, instead of feeling like crap. But at the same time, that's also causing him to not resolve the issue. Instead of working to get back up, he's indulging in fantasy, and because he used to play somewhat-dangerous sports, he thinks it's actually appropriate to play deadly games.
@@greenpiersystem Yep. This TV basically gave him his wish but at the cost of his own sanity. It just shows how crafty the TV truly is due to the fact that it manipulates people to cover its tracks.
@@greenpiersystem That's what makes the Tv interesting. It has a major presence, but unlike Zero, Francis, or Lawyer Kong, it does it more subtly, manipulating events from the shadows and corrupting people by granting them dangerous products
You could say he’s what Meggy could’ve become since she was inspired to follow in his footsteps. Also it’s interesting how the new champion was Inkura from Alex Spider’s videos. Thought it was a nice cameo
Y'know Wren's backstory was something akin to Bob's rise and fall being a rapper in his rapper days. Bob got the brighter end of the story with him losing everything, even his friends. Aside from being used to living in a dump, he had a similar plunge like Wren did. Waluigi ended up showing the bright path of what truly mattered and being content with what little you got; and from that, Bob turned his life around being a better person (to a degree). Wren got the darker path thanks to Mr. TV of divulging deeper into attaining that peak he once had lost over time, fame and glory were his shallow but only friends; as a result, Wren got himself into a dream he never wanted to wake up from and probably couldn't turn back.
But it is interesting how we started to see people being corrupted by greater force, first with Niles who was a good guy but was corrupted by its creator, then you have Smg4 being corrupted by some tv head with the keyboard, now we have Wren, a good guy who lost it all, and now became corrupted by the same thing that corrupted Smg4. But yeah.
When we've saw Desti and Axol with the others, we knew that something was wrong. And MR Tari definitely would be proud of what could do her counterpart. A very crazy film.
I knew something was wrong from the first moment Knowing the last video, the trailer being named "help me" How the characters were acting off all the time, and all that I didn't know what it was But i expected something in the lines of "someone has too much power and is controlling all things right here and now" The question is why in the last video they were acting like if they were in the simulation already
However, despite Wren being an antagonist within this movie, something tells me that he was merely a pawn within a whole bigger scheme, as he was sent and invitation by this mysterious company to operate their simulation machine, and with this being his last resort, he accepted and being absorbed within a simulation for long, you could really see the true intentions that Wren wanted with his world. This mysterious company may possibly be the same company that created the messed-up keyboard that affected SMG4, causing the "It Has to be Perfect!" arc; a "perfect" world for SMG4 to be in to make perfect content. And for Wren's case, he wanted a perfect world where he was always the one who comes out on top. But this is just my thinking, because there are certainly darker traces hidden within these arcs, and we may be looking at an arc that spans minor arcs, with an even bigger threat. To say that this threat will be as galactic as the Genesis arc, we'll see.
It sure as hell FEELS like the TV guy is a threat to rival Niles. So far, he's turned SMG4 into a pawn for a demonic power, destroyed an entire castle, and gave Wren the power to own his own reality (and use it to torture Meggy for a month straight). Whoever we're up against is NOT pulling punches.
Gotta love it when people hating on someone so much, reminds me of niles, two people being corrupted by a stronger force, people who uses to be good people before all the madness happened
21:48 Tari: *"Am I gonna die?"* Viger: *"No... you're not going to die."* Because I feel like your death Tari would actually be what ends his long journey of SMG4 reactions.
I'm wondering if we'll see the super old side characters and villains from before the first arc, like the SMG4 clone from Luigi Labyrinth or Admiral Swipe from Seaside Stupidity. Probably not, but an old viewer can dream!
alright, theory time. lets think about this logically. Wren himself is not to blame. he was just a victim in all this. the TRUE villain still remains out of reach, being whatever this TV entity is. this entity, whatever it is and for whatever reason, is manipulating everything. first, it sold SMG4 the keyboard that drove him to insanity. then it gave them the listing for the showgrounds. then it gave Wren his own world. I'm not defending Wren to ANY degree, but he was just another puppet in whatever this entities grand plan is. I have a feeling that sooner or later, this TV being is going to reveal itself. and knowing how SMG4 works, when that day comes... it'll be time for a war.
Yeah. The TV basically waved a bag of drugs (the machine) at him that it knew was dangerous for Wren. The TV could have actually led Wren to a better path instead of letting him indulge in his ego
Victim my ass! I don't care if someone gave him all that equipment, or even if he was manipulated or not, Wren chose to do that of his own free will! And this is very obvious in the film itself! He is not a victim. This logic you used is so flawed that it can be used to "victimize" terrible acts that happened in real life, and I really don't want to name them here. And I'm not exaggerating.
1:05:09 - (lol the livechat) IT'S OVERN!! XD Party Crashers is slowly spreading throughout RUclips! Soon the entire Vernation will rise and invade! Lol!
You know, for a TV man with a somewhat short temper and somewhat lacking physical strength in the waking world, Mr. Puzzles is absolutely terrifying when he puts his 100% into his movies. Destroying Peach's castle and nearly driving SMG4 insane, successfully doing the same to Wren and indirectly torturing Meggy for a month because of that (which, fun fact, she is still repressing; she nearly had a panic attack when Western Spaghetti was brought up in Puzzlevision), kickstarting the events of War of the Fat Italians 2023... he's got a pretty large resume, all things considered.
And the question is how he even did all of that creating a keyboard that had a eldritch goop in it a entire simulation he gives to wren to control and Marty well puzzles could have hack into the printer machine
Just rewatched the escaping scene at the end and heard a Thomas and Friends Crashing Sound Effect. Got to love the sound design in this movie, especially the ending scene where they escape.
With the seven deadly sins theory of each villain representing a deadly sin, maybe Wren could finally fill in the role for Gluttony. He cares only about himself and is willing to kidnap tons of innocent people to relive his fantasy
Good to see Tari finally become brave and Meggy learned the hard truth of why people tell others why it’s never a good idea to meet your idols. Wonder what the tv adware has planned next for the gang
Ima say it now Remember the giant box thing of the revelations arc? I think the TV has something to do with that Chaotic Yes Powerful Yes Weird stuff that alters the world Well yeah It just gives me the same vibe
This was kickass. Words cannot describe my awe. But there's still work to do. Somebody gave the villain of this piece his gear, and we don't know who. All we have to go off of is a symbol: a tv with a bowtie. I wonder if the story unfolding will continue right away, or if it will wait until the new hangout is built.
Might not be that long, but I’m betting the new “castle” will be built by the end when the arc is over (it isn’t over. There isn’t even an official playlist or name for this arc yet, whereas the others would have already had one by now).
@@scottvgamer1163eah, that much is clear. But I have a rough idea of where this is going. Smg4 was targeted because he was desperate to make a perfect video. Wren was targeted because he was desperate to regain his former glory and stature. And as far as I'm aware, Peach is still in the pit that used to be her castle, desperate to escape. And she may have a bone to pick with the group, given that they're the ones who destroyed it to stop the red gunk's advance.
@@liamdowns9830 I think SMG4 is pretty much done with Peach (and Toad) for the most part, but having her come back as another villain doesn’t seem like a bad idea.
When the trailer came out, I thought it would be a Tari focused movie. I'm very glad to know I was proven worng (to some extent). This movie might be my favorite. After rewatching it, via your reaction (literally skiming through it all), there are some parallels to the Anime Arc like a villian wanting a perfect world by any means necessary, a villian who dies at the end, the pod (which seems to keep it person inside captive). Maybe there is some more stuff, but I can't think of any. Wren being the villian is something I never really expected it, because ever since Meggy's Destiny, her character arc felt complete. I guess also having Axol and Desti there was just used to add to the weirdness, but how did Wren know about Axol. Was he able to access everyone's memory when they were brought into the simulation. Also when Meggy realizes the simulation for the first time, and sees Axol, it... shows his death scene from WOTFI 2021 which only Melony was apart of. I'm sure she told everyone, but if that's the case then Meggy somehow pictured it perfectly (or maybe Melony drew it to show them like a game of Pictionary or something). Even with me mentioning these small things, I still had a fun time. Meggy was my favorite. All of her emotions feel genuine from her VA. Elise did a great job. It feels a bit wierd to see blood again in the SMG4 series, because it always not something you'd expect, but it exists. Seeing Meggy going through all that made me feel bad, and the initial shock of it all really made me jump out of my chair while watching. Having that torture go on for a month is just depressin because Meggy is always seen as a happy eager person. While we have seen here with such intense emotions, it always makes me feel worried for her (i feel like that a given because of my profile picture of all things lol). Overall, this is my favorite movie. SMG4 keeps on one uping himself every single time and I love it. So much of it is just amazing to me. I can't wait to see what happens next from stuff like Tari, the TV (because it feels like there is still more; similar to how Cosmology played out), and the new castle. Also can't wait to get that merch. And to you, Viger: I loved your reaction to it all. While I wasn't part of the original stream, I still had a fun time. I feel like we can both agree that this movie was good, and it shows to always expect the unexpected from SMG4.
I liked this one a lot but the revelations one remains best to me, and the 10 year one I Also liked more since it had more going on. Also what would be wrong with it being tari focused? We haven't had anything tari focused since the waluigi arc so she deserves some recognition every now and again.
@@axl256gamesx7 not to edgy, or edgy all the time, but this is acceptable. And with whatever this tv ad character still around, it’s likely it will get darker.
This might be a bit of a hot take, but I think people are giving Wren a lot more hate than he actually merits, the way I see it, he was a victim of unfortunate circumstances, and while he was responsible for everything that happened, it all became the way it was due to the strange gift he was given, it fed off his desires, his dreams, and while he had malice, I think it was the power that was given to him that made him spiral out of control. In the end you can see his regret as he comes to realize what he's done. We have no confirmation if he died but it's heavily implied. As for what's to come for the future of the SMG4 Crew, I know we are not done with the true mastermind of this whole incident, as they tempted and forced Wren down this path.
I love how one person in the chat is like "Isn't Melony a God, why does she of all people need a damn gun?" Are you forgetting how nerfed she has been? She lost offscreen to Luigi.exe a few episodes ago and din't participate in IGTBP. She might as well be called Yamchette (a female version of Yamcha) at this point
The fact that Wren is voiced by Sean Chiplock is a funny coincidence because he was also the gunslinger Guido Mista from Golden Wind. That guy had some serious bad luck I tell ya

Does anyone know some of the ahem " MUSIC" during the nightmare scenes and during the torture scenes i put that in quotes because high pitched screeching and literally picking your fingers to make skitteting sounds isnt music and fact the screeching sound is literally one of the scariest sound effects you can make with an instrument its called sol peloslo or something like that and its literally not even considered music because i mean it isnt its literally screaming i know some horror movies that do that instead of using the actual sound effects still curious exactly what soundtracks not really music like i said more sound effects was used
Yeah ok I found it out the first one is apothesis Kevin Macleod and yeah it's not music it's a heartbeat over some really loud screaming like overwhelmingly noisy I don't know the other one though it's not listed
It might just be stock sound effects as it's pretty generic horror sound effects but it dosent really matter because the guitar feedback was way creppier sounding and I think that's just a sound effect
I just noticed this is totally a movie representing MENTAL ILNESS U GOT CHRONIC NIGHTMARES felling trapedd betrayal its likley a reference to ptsd and various other mental illnes that i wont describe

This isn't over. Someone more dangerous is out there. Someone clearly gave that tech to Wren and knew he was in a vulnerable state where he could be driven insane. He was just a test subject and it makes me worry how far the next threat will go compared to Wren. He became so twisted that he made simulations of Meggy's dead friends. I feel especially bad for Tari because she held Desti's body in her arms after she was struck down and she was breaking down when she saw them in the corner of her eye while struggling with control of her body. We'll have to wait and see for this new threat because this threat is still unknown. It's probably a ways away but we shouldn't let our guards down just because this is over. Look how well that went in 2021 when they didn't make sure Zero was sealed for good. Rip Axol. The same thing might happen again. I hope I'm wrong but a pattern is developing When Tari got her moments to shine it was a nice touch to add a hint of the Meta Runner theme. Meta Runner might be over but it lives on. The voice actors did a really good job this time around as well.
Yep. Wren was just a puppet for the true mastermind. Clearly the tv adware is manipulating the events and is planning something big for our characters. We’ll just have to wait and see
@exterminator9676 I liked him but I feel like there wasn't enough of Mr. Puzzles. The crew barely addressed the fact that he manipulated their lives for the past year and the damage he did. Peach is stuck in a Sarlac pit as an eldritch abomination, the castle was buried with her, Meggy went through even more mental torture, and Meggy's idol payed for his actions with his life after being manipulated by Mr. Puzzles while he was vulnerable. That's a lot of major shit they just glossed over

One thing Viger points out -- Tari is the Mickey Mouse of Glitch… That's 100% true, but Tari would never have been created had it not been for Luke developing an interest in animation. How did that happen? *Meggy.*
Best Girls are forever linked (in a literal production and creative sense, although I'm not above shipping them 🧡💙)
Meggy walked so Tari could sail so Murder Drones can fly so Digital Circus can eventually soar 🌠
One Shot Wren was likely always that way, it just took failure to bring that out
but seriously it was fucked up to use Meggy's own trauma against her
He caused his own death too
I don't think it was entirely failure. That TV guy is invloved (likely the sponsor that gifted him the world), and if 'its gotta be perfect' is any indication, the TV guy is a master of weaponizing fears and truamas onto people. Driving SMG4 nearly insane, likely doing the same to Wren too.
@@wandereringshadow8658I wouldn’t be surprised if this theory is true

I personally think it would’ve been pretty

Edit: I’m just now seeing that Viger said the same. Sorry-

I tought he was going to say that in when i watched the scene
I don't think Meggy would realistically ever recover from the trauma of being killed over and over again, without hope, for a whole month straight. Especially since she already had past traumas. She recovered almost immediately.
Yup, but knowing some toxic fans they would make a big deal out of it and say that they are just repeating meggy’s insanity all over again, so that’s probably why they had her recover quickly.
But yeah im also wondering how she can still be ok after literally being killed and tortured for a month
Don't forget the anime arc!
It could potentially come back later, they don’t have to bring it up right away with how Meggy is it likely she’s just trying to bury it

For those who want to get straight to this chaotic reaction, this is for you 19:55 🤠
I don't think we realized how truly horrifying a villain one shot Wren is…this is genuine nightmare stuff…
It took me a while to realize this, but the whole thing with Meggy getting shot by Wren over and over reminded me of an earlier SMG4 episode where Wario dies and keeps reliving the same day over and over only to keep dying.
"Wario Tries to Keep Himself From Dying"
Maybe a reference obviously much creppier although I like the joke with the mario disguise
Elsie and Celeste put on some amazing performances for this movie.
@@DCMochaII Oh definitely.
This was darker than the anime arc and both cosmology arcs combined and I loved it!
Nah the anime arc is still the darkest since it is real and not a simulation for most of it. Same with the cosmology arcs. This is up there though, just not on those levels.
@@noname-jt6kldude nothing's darker than meggy almost shooting smg4 out of insanity
@@axl256gamesx7nothings darker than meggy literally being killed and tortured for one month straight
I don’t think that Wren is the main villain here. He’s more like a smaller villain being raised into evil by a bigger bad.
Yep. It’s shown he was hired by someone else to test the machine. Clearly this arc may outdo the anime and Genesis arcs in terms of grimness
The TV adware is clearly dangerous as they are able to turn good hearted people into monsters by taking advantage of their insecurities
Can’t help but feel sorry for wren just cause he ended up that way by not having true friends by his side like meggy did
You could say he’s what Meggy could’ve become since she was inspired to follow in his footsteps.
It's also similar to Niles story too
"Meggy is gonna need a LOT of therapy"
She's always needed therapy
But it is interesting how we started to see people being corrupted by greater force, first with Niles who was a good guy but was corrupted by its creator, then you have Smg4 being corrupted by some tv head with the keyboard, now we have Wren, a good guy who lost it all, and now became corrupted by the same thing that corrupted Smg4. But yeah.
When we've saw Desti and Axol with the others, we knew that something was wrong. And MR Tari definitely would be proud of what could do her counterpart.
A very crazy film.
I knew something was wrong from the first moment
Knowing the last video, the trailer being named "help me"
How the characters were acting off all the time, and all that
I didn't know what it was
But i expected something in the lines of "someone has too much power and is controlling all things right here and now"
The question is why in the last video they were acting like if they were in the simulation already
@@axl256gamesx7Because they thought the place was real. They didn't know it wasn't real until this video
Yep. This tv villain may outdo Niles in terms of villainy considering what it’s shown to be capable of doing
Yep. He was basically a puppet for the bigger force at hand

Meggy had to endure getting shot over and over again for a whole month. Imagine that.
Me “pause video for a second”
RUclips “so you want to refresh the page is that correct”
alright, theory time. lets think about this logically.
Wren was manipulated by TV Adware but that's don't justify his actions
Victim my ass! I don't care if someone gave him all that equipment, or even if he was manipulated or not, Wren chose to do that of his own free will! And this is very obvious in the film itself! He is not a victim.
This logic you used is so flawed that it can be used to "victimize" terrible acts that happened in real life, and I really don't want to name them here.
And I'm not exaggerating.
Mr puzzles
24:06
Viger: *KICK DA BABY!!*
Wait, i think the biggest question is... If what Wren said is true, then who gifted him the simulation?
Possibly that TV Adware.
We will have to learn. This TV adware storyline may take the entire year to complete
1:05:09 - (lol the livechat) IT'S OVERN!! XD
Party Crashers is slowly spreading throughout RUclips!
32:23 Here's the thing: Could he not light A fuse by grazing the fuse with A bullet?
Just rewatched the escaping scene at the end and heard a Thomas and Friends Crashing Sound Effect. Got to love the sound design in this movie, especially the ending scene where they escape.
With the seven deadly sins theory of each villain representing a deadly sin, maybe Wren could finally fill in the role for Gluttony. He cares only about himself and is willing to kidnap tons of innocent people to relive his fantasy

Agreed, that TV is definitely the puppetmaster, and has to be stopped sooner or later. Just wish we knew more than just what their logo looks like.

38:26 Trouble Afoot
Also some to Revelations too. A female character gets psychologically tortured by the antagonist and goes through scary hallucinations
Both the Genesis and Wild West arcs manage to make the anime arc look like a soap opera
Seeing rob with something other than Corn is cursed…
52:23 first thing that came to mind when I saw this, unfortunatly.
Crazy Shroomy went from a main character to a miscellaneous
Shroomy deserves more screen time than the likes of Meggy and Melony.
This just got dark. Also one of the few times in smg4 where blood was shown, if not the first. This is gonna get dark, more dark.
I hope it stays dark
Need me edgy stuff 😅
Its the fucking TV it possessed him and took advantage of him we don't know what this TV is but it's clearly worse then fricking zero
I love how one person in the chat is like "Isn't Melony a God, why does she of all people need a damn gun?"
Are you forgetting how nerfed she has been? She lost offscreen to Luigi.exe a few episodes ago and din't participate in IGTBP. She might as well be called Yamchette (a female version of Yamcha) at this point

Honestly i was kinda hoping for more horror momments we only get a few in the climax and well thats pretty great and all but i mean it wasn't like the genesis arc where we constantly got really great horror moments especially for an old animation engine still was really good and the whole references to mental illness and aceptance was pretty great
Does anyone know some of the ahem " MUSIC" during the nightmare scenes and during the torture scenes i put that in quotes because high pitched screeching and literally picking your fingers to make skitteting sounds isnt music and fact the screeching sound is literally one of the scariest sound effects you can make with an instrument its called sol peloslo or something like that and its literally not even considered music because i mean it isnt its literally screaming i know some horror movies that do that instead of using the actual sound effects still curious exactly what soundtracks not really music like i said more sound effects was used
Yeah ok I found it out the first one is apothesis Kevin Macleod and yeah it's not music it's a heartbeat over some really loud screaming like overwhelmingly noisy I don't know the other one though it's not listed
It might just be stock sound effects as it's pretty generic horror sound effects but it dosent really matter because the guitar feedback was way creppier sounding and I think that's just a sound effect
I hope that TV Adware is defeated in this movie or even in SMG4 series.

I hope I'm wrong but a pattern is developing
