Pushpak nagar is investors paradise ,but that is the biggest problem as well.For any appreciation u need 50% end users. No railway station in the vicinity.nearest is 7km far. Don't get fooled by the builders smart City airport project, Also we Indians are fools to take property very close doorstep to Airport,as if using flight for daily commute. Airport should be easily accessible by road. railway in half an hour , but nearby railway station ( good roads) should be a priority in selecting property. In fact worldwide people prefer residential property away from Airport 😂. That's why new areas Priority wise 1.Ulwe 2. Dronagiri 3.Panvel new areas 4.Kamothe new areas 5. Pushpak nagar 6. Upper Kharghar ( nowhere near Kharghar or airport 😂 so do check the site before booking, biggest myth and cheating area for new buyers)

CRZ issues CIDCO ki wajah se hai but abhi CIDCO buildings ko OC de rahi hai. Yeh humare knowledge ke hisaab se hai aapne kya face kiya hai exactly we don't know sir.
@@pranabsasma567 yes there was issue of crz earlier and few building are stuck..but most big builders have managed to get OC . Also on my recent visit saw lot of new premium builders construction like GAMI , VILLA has started and now builders are taking crz clearance before starting of project .

@@adilshaikh5579 Bahut se buildings ka solve ho chuka hai kahi kahi par hai. But OC received property par hi trust karo.
