Dude! As you were intensifying the Capulets base with the MUBM palette? Something about that look in the beginning was SO early 90s!! From your brows to your cheeks to your lip colour....then that warm, matte neutral, and the shape of the shadow before you began to smoke it out? Even your hair and earrings! It reminded me of being a kid, flipping through my Fashion Aunt's stack of older copies of Vogue, ranging from like, 89-92. It's super cool, but also weird. Those models always seemed so impossibly grown-up and glamorous, when really, they were probably in their mid-twenties at the outset. More like 21. It's amazing what makeup can do. I'm SO GLAD I got that Lightwork palette. Danessa Myricks is amazing 🤩!

You should do a look with every single shadow on the DM palette, using other shadows to complement with, but one separated look with every shadow in this palette cause they are too special and beautiful not to use it in several looks. This one today is stunning!!
This look is amazing. I have the Lightwork IV palette, and I've struggled to do any looks that are anything less than SUPER BOLD with it, but this is something a little more toned-down, so I like it. Something that's interesting to me about this palette is that I remember reading/hearing from a decent amount of people when it came out that the formulas were fine, but that if you had indie duo/multichromes, then those formulas were almost always better. IDK, in my experience, the formulas and the color shifts in the Lightwork IV are some of the best I've seen, especially when it comes to the shifts, and I feel like this look is another example of that.
It's definitely a BOLD palette for sure, and the formulas are amazing, I'm surprised to hear people had that opinion. There are amazing indie chrome palettes tho, any from Oden's Eye are gorgeous and can be used for a more soft and ethereal look also! 💚

A new product for me is the Urban decay eyeshadow sticks in particular the color Buffer. It’s perfect for a base color either by itself or for other colors to go on top of. As a very fair skinned woman with maturing skin around the eyes, I found this has been working better then a concealer base and doesn’t cause any piling. Love this UD shadow stick and am stocking up on it during the fall haul sale. ❤❤❤❤
