Great Video! I can relate to so many things you discussed in your video. Journaling really helps me but I have fallen out of my morning and nightly routines and I can feel myself getting scattered and more anxious. Thanks for all of your sage advice! ❤️Betty
You’re welcome Betty. I also find I’m not always consistent with journaling and often find I journal when there’s an issue. Perhaps if I was more consistent I’d get the answers sooner. But we’re all human right 😬😊❤️

I have been having victim role lately since recovering from COVID. Never had it before and it is taking awhile to feel 100 percent better. I have so much to do and cannot because of my energy being less and headaches that happen. But I know I need to calm down and just let my body heal. My brain is wanting to get going and my body is like no you are not there yet ugh. Anyways, great video Bev, I needed it this morning.
@mollieanne it's easy to slip into the victim role, but the fact you recognise it is fantastic, and yes, you definitely have to allow yourself time to heal. We're not superwoman!! Be kind to yourself and give it time x
