Hi! I’m Christine! After working for many years in sales and business ownership, I felt major burnout. I sold my houses, extra cars, and most of my belongings. Now I'm happier than ever having very few material things. I travel living out of my vehicle. I roam the USA looking for adventure, food, and fun! I'm never sure what the future holds. Join the adventure and find out with me!
In this video, I go over my favorite evening routine I developed after living in my car on and off for over 2 years!
Thanks so much for watching! I appreciate your time to like, subscribe, turn on notifications, and leave me a comment, as it really helps support the channel! 💛🙏🏼

Really the safest way to sleep is to know for sure it's a safe place with other suv folks around if possible, as we have a better understanding of the circumstances.
You made so many sacrifices for Chase. I'm overjoyed he was so loved and cherished and glad you got to travel with your road dog. I hope you're reaching a place of peace with losing him. Grief sucks. Sending care and support your way. ❤❤
Thank you ver much 🙏🏼💫
So sorry for your loss ❤
I see these are old videos.
I am so Sorry to hear about your Dog passing.
How are you doing?
I hope you are doing good.
Are you still continuing your Journey or did you stop?
You look more happier 😀than most folk who got houses 🏠 fair play to you. just stay safe the two of you 👱🐕💓✋
My fav. part is crawling into the bed😅 What I experienced about caravan life is, it taught me how to save money and live with little belongings.Pursuing our dreams and making these changes actually gives us a new perspective. As Heraclitus, who lived in Ephesus from where I am writing these words now, says “the only thing that does not change is change itself”.
You can make a schedule for "do not disturb" to come on and go off at a specific time. I have a schedule for it, so I never have to worry about it.
I almost lived in my van when I lived in San Francisco. The weather is great but in Ca you're paying 20% more on everything. You'll need money for emergency like car maintenance. Wish you well.
I only recently discovered your channel and really enjoy watching your videos! They remind me of my short but unforgettably amazing road trip through California and Nevada that I did solo in 2019. (I'm from Germany.) You are such a lovely and optimistic person and I wish you all the best from the bottom of my heart. Take care!
Thanks for another terrifice video. So informative and a very cozy creative use of your space. This was a great share. Also Chase the cutie doggie! Fun to see you two sharing your adventure.
I would find the nearest Holiday Inn.
Satin pillows way to go christine
There is something so magical about the ocean.
I'm envious of your life and enjoying your channel. Thanks
I do that same on the east coast with a challenger , stay safe girl !
You're incredibly brave taking this venture on. I enjoy watching your videos, seeing beautiful scenery, and hearing all the things you learned along the way. One question I have, is do you ever get lonely on the road? I know you had Chase before you went back north, so obviously things will be different now, but I'd love to hear how you cope with long stretches of travel in areas you may not know people.
Please be safe. Love your videos. I also wonder about loneliness. I admire what you do. I am older than you and could not do this but I love to ride along with you while you do.
You are so pretty. I hope you are recovering somewhat after losing your best friend Chase. I wish only the best for you.
You are braver than me sleeping on the street !
Do you have a home base where you store clothing ect…. And is that in your monthly budget ?
More people are choosing to live in cars instead of living in vans
Most cars can be lived in etc a person only needs
the length of their height
From back of front seat to tge end of the trunk or boot with rear
split seats that fold down ideally in to the floor and some cheap reflectives and a quilt/double duvet
Everyone should try living in their car for a week at some point in their lives as its a great enjoyable experience
Great tips! Seems like a lot of work but worth it I'm sure! Love seeing these last few videos of chase ❤️
I'm a creature of habit and have a pretty much set routine too. Water and vinegar has sooo many health benefits, you will never have cardiac issues. Thx for tips.
It's like a private investigator car, very cool!!
I'm genuinely impressed with how much backlog footage you have
Thanks Christine for walking us through the step by step. How have you found the transition to vehicle living?
Thanks Christine on the new video I really needed it because I had a bad day last night but I was able to enjoy with my Burrito 🌯 with my French Fries 🍟 along with your new video ❤
Well I hope today is better for you! 😃
so sad to hear you just lost your fur baby.. we lost one of our pugs last month. hope you're doing ok and in time it'll get better.
regards from sweden
I am getting ready to head out in my 2010 transit connect again. Pittsburgh PA to Brownsville Texas. Thanks for another excellent video.
Christine, i really appreciate how you have your set-up and routine. well organized in such s small area.
Your very stealth too. What is your longedt stay besides time with your family?
I stayed in NW Florida for about 2 1/2 months shortly after starting van life. That was my longest stay in one area :)
Why did you choose a car & not a van ? Loving your videos 🌷
When I lived in SF I used to go to a beach just south of Pacifica..I think it's called Devils Slide Beach / Grey Whale Cove State beach..It's just past the Tim Burton looking structure ( I thought it was an old house back in the day) parking is on the left..cross the street and down tons of steps...
It used to be pretty chill ..8 / 10 years ago...
Yeah, there's a lot of routine chores to do each day in order to make car-life run smoothly, but it seems like you got it down. Most people learn by doing and by their mistakes. When I travel and urban camp, I like to park near an apt. rather than by homes, blending in. I also like the rain guard idea, but they weren't available for my type of car....take care and enjoy your travels.
I just came across your channel and have watched several of your videos. Love your content. Congrats on your choice to live a life of freedom. I am envious in a way. I love your positive outlook, your curiosity for life and exploring new places, and your commitment to Chase! You are very inspiring. He is so cute! Have you ever traveled to the northeast i.e. the Boston area? Good luck on more adventures and stay safe out there. 😊
Hi Christine. Btw, I got a little further into your vlogs and I just wanted to pass along my condolences for Chase! I think all of your viewers sensed the strong bond and love between the two of you and how painful it must have been for you to have to say goodbye to him. Sending hugs to Chase and we all know he will continue to be with you on your travels in spirit! Stay safe out there! ❤🙏
I love watching your videos! Do you ever regret selling your house and closing your business?
I’m in a similar situation and keep thinking I just want to hit the road…feel tired every day and everything feels so monotonous.
Love ❤️ you be safe
Love your vids Christine🔥.. Chase always the best❤

I’m confused is it illegal to live in a car
Why not just put the phone on silent?
I thought friend passed. 😢
She said she had already recorded some videos before he passed that she would be posting.
Ok so was the video of chase passing false ?
When Chase passed shortly before Christmas, Christine Meachum explained that she had a backlog of California videos she would share before sharing the memorial video she was making with her family for Chase. This video is part of the backlog. Losing a cherished pet is such an emotional experience. I'm certain Christine needs time to grieve before posting new material.
