    I never have success with konjac. So many steps, don't know where I am failing. Never good texture or flavor.

      This recipe might be good for beginners.
      The changes are easy to see, so it's easy to know when to move on to the next step.
      Another thing that is surprisingly common is that the ingredients are of low purity. Sometimes they are mixed with other things, which means it doesn't work well.
