    Great playing and it sounds better than a lot of $1500 Chinese violins I hear on RUclips.

    Ure very lucky! How do you get this violin before the restoration?

      It doesn’t need restoration as such, rather a new setup (bridge, soundpost etc), otherwise its in a good condition considering the age of the instrument (which may be even older than what’s written atm). I’ve tested it fully and will be posting other videos shortly, so stay tuned those!

      I’m thinking Czech, and it may be older than 1900… many people said 19th century German but I’m not convinced.
