- A downtown Toronto hotel exploration in and around the One King West hotel. I start by walking north up Yonge Street to the hotel. I then head inside and check out the former bank vault and exercise rooms before heading up to a room on the 28th floor.

I highly recommend this hotel. This is where I stay when I visit Toronto. Nice tall ceilings, amazing views, kitchen, fridge. Nice bar downstairs. Central location. Can't beat it for the price too.

I love staying Herr when I'm in Toronto. Location is EXTREMELY hard to beat. Though I have never gotten the hang of the path. Would be nice to see how that connects.
Always stay at Chelsea Hotel if I go to Toronto but next time I will stay here.

Heres another place I was curious about. When I use to take transit to work at George Brown, I would pass by here when I exited King Station. Thanks for satisfying my curiosity. Another spot I really wanted to see is the upper history levels of St Lawrence Market. I may try to go myself returning to my old working grounds if I get time off this summer.

It's actually pretty cool to finally see inside the place, I remember Harry Stinson's late night infomercials on, and I might be wrong here, (Tor)Star TV pushing this, the condos on Roncy (where the KFC used to be), and the Stinson school in Hamilton. It looks nice! Cheers on another great video!

I now know 2 things about Johnny Strides that he must be shunned for........toilet paper orientation liking of the WRONG WAY! And thinking the week starts on Sunday! I too have always wanted to see inside this place. The bank vault was cool and the location is great, but I must say, I really wasn't impressed with the room, especially for the price.

Thanks for this video Johnny. The hotel looks better value than the Shangri-La and has a kitchen. Why are downtown hotels so overpriced in Toronto?
The prices are in line with most major cities IMO.
