3.4 million for that much space, in that location, AND you get housekeeping included?! Considering that condos in Yorkville go for quadruple this amount with a fraction of the amenities, that’s a pretty good deal.
This was posted in 2015. It would go for way more in 2021, even with Covid.
Spending about $7 Million in 2021 Dollars with Toronto's crazy market for this place and never having to mow the Grass.....Priceless!

I think it was meant to simulate a ship or sailboat or something? It was something David Mirvish (son of Ed Mirvish) wanted to do with the penthouse. It wasn't the architect, it was the financier who requested it
