      Right on man🤙🏻
So far we’ve been happy with them but they do have room for improvement

We have the 13’ one, it’s a dedicated unit. I believe there an attachment pole saw for the power head and there’s a 10’ dedicated unit as well

XUX01 - power head/split shaft 36v, that can insert a pole saw attachment.
XUX02 - power head, in an 18v platform.
XAU01 - 8 foot fixed length pole with 10 inch chainsaw bar
XAU02 - 9-14 foot telescopic pole with 10 inch chainsaw bar.

How does it compare to an ECHO PPT 2620 extending pole saw balance wise? The ECHO is 17.5 lbs dry, and the MAKITA is 18.1 lbs with both batteries, but the ECHO gets rather too heavy when extended.

It’s heavy man, hedge trimmer end is especially weighty, it’s hard work, using the strap helps but sometimes you need that reach

Put a 12inch bar on it and stick it in a 10inch branch and repeat for hours it won’t cut it the 4 strike makita stand alone polesaw is better for a tree business I reckon but whatever works for each person 👍

I didn't test this for the same work load as a tree company but I would be interested. The equipment is more durable than most people think including myself when I first started using it. We primarily do maintenance services and we have all the same electric hand helds since 2018/2019.

Vegetable oil works just as well and is cheaper.
