Very useful. I can say from experience, a day is ruined when you get a pinched bar on a telescopic pole saw, which will separate in half if you try to yank it out. If you get your compression/tension cuts right, you won't have to worry about that almost ever.

In poland, they just called them saws. Buy plug-In or battery.
