Hello, first of all I will say that you are doing a great job providing such tools, but I would like to ask you to tell me where to change the name because in pix all scripts have the same name

Hi. I am sorry to bother you but i am running the latest Pixinsight version 1605 that came out in March on a Mac. It is saying that the Find background is not supported in current Pixinsight versions. am not sure what to do to resolve this.

Will do thank you. I wish you did a run through of the processes in which order your scripts were used in the workflow. I get confused easily

      -StarX

@@setiv2 you for your quick response. Yes i was dragging the little triangle. I thought the search button related to the user defined search area. Thank you for being patient. I had missed the necessary tutorial on the difference with scripts.

I'm trying to install the scripts with the repository but I'm getting an error that seems to be due to signing: "Unknown code signing identity 'FranklinMarek'"
I'm on the latest version afaik, v1.8.9-2

If you havent upgraded to PixInsight build 1605 (which came out in March) I highly recommend you do that as all scripts are going to require signatures going forward. You do this from the PixInsight download site. This will fix the error if you are trying to use the repository.
If you still run into a parsing error or signature error you can download the zip file directly from my website and then just extract the .js files (delete the .xsgn file). You can then go to Scripts -> Feature Scripts -> Add Script and select the folder you extracted the .js file too.
Let me know if this helps
      Frank

Thanks, I had upgraded sometime in march but looks like it was before 1605 was out. Also had to remove and re-add the repo as it was stuck in a bad state but after updating PI and doing that it worked
