More awesome content. Still trying to get my head around working with slots

One feature request but don't know if this is even possible as siril for example can't do it. I use askar color magic filters with OSC camera. When I do the stacking in sirilic it produces 3 mono images (ha, o3, s2). I also shoot some subs with a broadband filter just for the stars to get proper color. If I am using the whole frame it's simple enough to add the broadband stack at the end for the stars. But let's say I want to crop the stacks, I can just run a crop sequence in siril no problem but siril does not let me add an rgb image to a sequence where the rest of the images are mono. Basically looking for a star alignment function for multiple images that can accept both mono and osc images at the same time and align them for proper cropping.

I am amazed how quickly new functionality is be pumped out with this suite. Great work Franklin! Thanks for your hard work. All users please donate even a small amount if you can to help keep making the suite even better. It will one day surpass all the others and become the cream of the crop.

Not sure which one of the settings I applied but it’s punching holes in my stars. I suspect it’s from changing drizzle settings from Square to Gaussian. Will have to play around with it to confirm

I finally tried a mosaic for the first time thanks to this tutorial. I am thrilled with my result and am no longer too afraid to do mosaic shots. This video/tutorial was tremendously helpful. Thank you so much!

I started fiddling with adding Sii stars and then deselecting the Sii stars. When I select no view selected for Sii, the script complains when refreshing the preview saying "Error creating the new image. Please check the settings."

Question please… 😊Hi …do you need an image with stars for this method to work?…could it also be used for creating Solar Mosaics?

If you are impressed with this F4... try the C6 with Hyperstar C6V4 on a 533 or 585... integration time is 4 times faster and is as sharp as your F4 system if properly collimated. Thanks for share

Thanks very much for providing this script to the community. My main problem with halos are ones that are asymmetric. Could you provide a little detail about how it works ? I've used your script and I've noticed that for larger reduction amounts the stars become flat and white. Is there a reason for this ?
