    At least you mention at the end that if you follow this tutorial you'll likely fry your arduino ... I don't think I could ever trust a source that directly connects a motor to the pins of any microcontroller,

    ive been trying to get an ultra sonic sensor to detect and object and make a motor run. The object is detected by the motor never runs. Can you please help me get through this?

    actually there are 5 methods, 5th one would be to connect motor with H- Bridge
