    Homemade Cheeseburger Pie
    Seductively smelling, substantial and very appetizing Cheeseburger Pie
    - domestic competition for purchased fast food.
    This meat baked goods can feed the whole family and become a well-deserved favorite!
    Ingredients:
    • For the test:
    • Milk 180 ml.
    • Egg 1 pc.
    • Salt 1 tsp.
    • Sugar 1 tsp.
    • Vegetable oil 2.5 tbsp. l.
    • Dry instant yeast 6 g.
    • Flour 300 g.
    • For filling:
    • Minced meat (beef, pork) 400 g.
    • Onion 1 head
    • Pickled cucumbers 2-3 pcs.
    • Cheese 150 g.
    • Ketchup 4-5 tbsp. l.
    • Salt to taste
    • Pepper to taste
    • Vegetable oil (for frying) 2 tbsp. l.
    • To grease the cake:
    • ½ cup milk, sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the pie

    • COOKING:
    • Dissolve the yeast in heated milk. Add sugar, stir and leave the mixture for 10-15 minutes to leaven.
    • Add salt, egg and vegetable (refined) oil to the already “fermented” solution. Mix.
    • Start adding flour. First, knead in a work bowl - as soon as the mass thickens and becomes difficult to give in to a spoon, put the dough on the table.
    • Let's move on to manual kneading - roll and knead the flour ball for at least 5-7 minutes. Sprinkle with flour as necessary, but do not overload the dough - it should stop sticking to your hands, but remain soft and pliable.
    • Roll into a ball and leave in a clean container for 40-60 minutes under a warm blanket or towel. During this time, the “bun” will grow noticeably and become saturated with oxygen.
    Preparing the filling:
    Heat a frying pan with oil and add the meat mixture. Stirring all the time and breaking large lumps with a spatula, keep the mixture on the fire until the resulting liquid has completely evaporated. Then continue to fry, uncovered, for 1-2 minutes over high heat. Salt and pepper the prepared minced meat and cool.
    • Peel the onion and chop into small cubes. Pour boiling water over it to remove the bitterness. Place in a colander.
    • Knead the rested and risen dough slightly. We leave about a quarter for the top of the pie, and use a rolling pin to stretch the rest of the mass into a thin layer and give it the shape of a circle. Transfer to a mold with a diameter of 22 cm, press the dough to the bottom, leaving a border along the edge.
    We spread the filling. First, distribute the cooled minced meat. Lubricate the meat mass with a thin layer of ketchup.
    Next, scatter the onion slices evenly. In the finished pie, just like in a real cheeseburger, the onions will have a slight crunch. If you don't like it, you can pre-fry it until soft.
    Next, place the pickled cucumbers, cut into thin slices, in one layer.
    Lastly, distribute the coarsely grated cheese.
    Roll out the remaining dough into a circle and cover with the filling. We fold the flour sides and fasten the joints. Grease the top of the pie with milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds, make several punctures with a fork.
    Place the Cheeseburger pie in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. Let sit for about 30-40 minutes (until the top is browned).
