Britannic, Titanic, Mauretania, Queen Elizabeth, Queen Mary, and More! SINKING MODELS ON PARADE 2021
HTML-код
- Опубликовано: 24 июн 2021
- This is the 2021 edition of Sinking Models On Parade - a simple video of model ships sinking. This was made for all of the sinking model fans out there!!! This video is intended to be fictional and although some segments may "RESEMBLE" history, the video is not actually intended to be an accurate depiction or specific recreation of any actual events, so although Titanic may hit a replica iceberg, the actual sinking was a lot different. Long story short I did not try to replicate every detail, so if the list of the ship is wrong etc... please realize this video was random and not intended to be historical - it's just some toys in a pool. The video is really only about watching plastic models sink in different scenarios and conditions, it is intended only as entertainment for those that like model ships and always wondered what it would look like if they sank... Also please note that not all the ships in this video actually sank in real life or sank the way I depicted them sinking... again this is fictional.
Also please note that although I try to make the ship models appearance as accurate as possible, that my Britannic model is actually a Titanic model kit - painted only to RESEMBLE Britannic, Furthermore, at the time of the making of this video in June of 2021, there were “0” “zero” actual Britannic plastic model kits available for purchase ANYWHERE - they to my knowledge do not even exist… yes you can purchase 3 D printed models and Lego kits Etc, but that is not the medium I work with, so long story short - This is not the actual Britannic in every detail. So please use your imagination when viewing my resembled version…
Lastly,
Although we had some fun sinking model and toy ships... Actual sinking ships are no laughing matter. Real sinkings are not fun or romantic. People do loose their lives during these tragic events… Please keep that in mind… Especially when it comes to the Titanic… So I want you to understand that no dis-respect was intended to the Titanic's memory, her victims, their families, or the survivors, or any other ship involved, in any other tragedy at sea, both historical and at the present.
Just a word on the Music - Last year's 2020 video the music was so good, and fit so well, I just could not find anything to top it, so back by popular demand is the same soundtrack with a new song added. Please see below...

Wow the titanic sinking was actually perfect
Painted Titanic model as Britannic, smart.
And did not split!
@@NiYTC dude its not the split model
Unsmart
There is no lifeboat davits and lifeboats on the middle of the boat deck
Also stern is completly wrong
14:38 it’s there just watchtower it
@@cta0000 BE NICE He said and it didn't spilt he didn't say it was the model he ment the sinking smart
The Titanic was eerily accurate
I guess but it didn’t raise that high not like the 1997 movie titanic”s height before it split in two but like as soon as the first funnel went down
Also, it was too fast.
My favorite is titanic britannic Queen mary and Queen Elizabeth 🚢
Oh look more and NEW models that’s nice to look at
Cute dog 🐕 I love britannic and titanic
Thanks for not using 1997 Titanic themes. Lol.
Edit: I love your model collection btw.
5:37 this sinking is perfect
Great multitude of sinking ships! Thoroughly enjoyable!👍
Glad you liked it!
Man your pool does a good job simulating the Atlantic
This is really what I missed in my childhood 😢
Titanic be like: how long do we have sir?
Captain:8 seconds.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
4:03 when I was on the Queen Mary, I saw the 2 other ships sinking in the horizon
Stole a lifeboat and sailed away when I realised the flying camera
I like how the submersible Titanic hits the iceberg with its forecastle already under water lol
This titanic is like real Movie now he collision in the iceberg 🚢 🧊 very cool
You’re dog is so cute ❤
I am a youtuber but this work is amazing
The Mauretania looks like the lusitania wreck when the queen mary show’s up
I want a model of titanic's stern... Because I love those propellers and enigies....
Да
This was enjoyable
awesome video mate!, you have earned yourself a sub!

Beautiful just like always!
There’s something strangely funny about Hood just cruising around casually while everyone else sinks
History is not doing stuf to the hood
Cause no one showed up with Bismarck
The hood blew up..that might be a problem to reproduce..😂
Icebergs: come here Britannic!
Britannic: you will never take me alive!
Britannic: *sinks* oh crap.
I think a bomb hit the britannic
No it looks like it just sunk on it’s own man.
@@gamercop2148 oh, sorry
I love this your wife is probably saying honey can you get all the toys out of the pool lol

i love your channel so do i like your dog
At 12:16 the split on the titanic was the most realistic split on the model I've ever seen. It doesn't instantly split. Only when the sturn lifts suprising high, it splits. Too bad it's far from the camera
I just went back and looked at it - so true good points!
@@ourdogzippyby the way were did you get that titanic model
Great job! Nice working of the sinking some ships! 👍
That doesn’t sound right
Hi, cool video! 11:22 is Slow-mo. It had to sink so quickly… Any lego men surevived.
This is very fun!!!
Queen Mary model takes a lot of time to sink I like it!
Hello R.M.S. Titanic
I’d love models of Queen Elizabeth and Mauritania, too bad the model kits are crazy expensive now
So true - I think the prices went up because so many people bought them during Covid for something to do
@@ourdogzippy maybe when covid goes away the price will fall again
I just saw that revell kits are made in russia so i hope they wont get even more expensive
ocean liners are so majestic
RMS majestic lol
Making model ships sink, my secret obsession. I even added lots of watertight compartments so that it would sink slowly and like Titanic. Was not easy to get a smooth sinking process. Also added compartments into these ships?
Some of the models have compartments, not all but some do…
wow!!! i'm a fan of titanic!!
Me either
me know if
Soooooooo funky music yeah man!!!!!!! And, that`s a super great multitude of the damm sinkin ships man, 5 star like for me ya man. Thoroughly enjoyable!!
It’s so nice that Britannic wanted the die next to her sis not as a joke I’m actually crying WHY
you are almost reaching 7k of subscribers, congratulations 👍👍⚓🚢
Thanks 😊
nice dude was that an rocket titanic that splits in half that’s so cool!
Fun effect actually result way up she only just collided with the ground and tilted all the way sideways and then went straight down
Fun fact*
Entertaining video, but I recently got the revell USS Arizona model and was wondering what glue you used to put your models together. There is a problem with attaching the hull on the model (like everyone else’s) but I can fix it. Anyway, I just wanted to know what glue you used.
All the glue I used back then was Testors, I like the liquid kind for as much parts as possible. I used that and their tube glue and likely some tape to create a makeshift weld on the inside of the hull. now adays I also use gorilla crazy glue gel - but you have to work quickly! Lol. The ships I put in the pool I use regular gorilla glue for the hull - to date the best water sealing bond I know of! That USS Arizona model is a beast to put together, definitely will keep you occupied this winter!
@@ourdogzippy thank you
It make me sleep it so Nice
titanic: gotta go fast
I understand the vintage titanic is crazy expensive on eBay, but the painted titanic/Britannic you used looks perfect. I’ve been desperate for a realistic titanic model that floats, prebuilt or not. Please at least tell me the brand name of the briannic/titanic you used
It’s a Revell 1/570 scale kit of the Titanic That I painted to resemble Britannic (it’s not a completely accurate Britannic as it’s just a repainted Titanic - but it does looks the part) Thanks for the compliment:-)
@@ourdogzippy i found it on Amazon but I don’t have the patience to glue and paint it 😖 but ty for the response you just earned a sub
@@ourdogzippy so you’re not gonna believe what I say, but I actually decided to buy and build it. It was very easy and looks perfect! Thanks again 🤣

@@johnyhadaspider7979 worth it 😂
The Britannic and Titanic are my favorite steam ships
I also love these two ships very much and also their brother the Olympic who is little mentioned for never having sunk like his younger brothers.
True, Olympic had such a great career, but is so often overlooked…. If only she had been saved as a museum ship, but people looked at ships a little differently back then…had she been saved She may have them been lost during WW II. But that is something we will never know… I actually have a rare Revell model kit of Olympic but I have not built it yet.
Yes 😁
The history of the 3 ships of the OLYMPIC CLASS is very interesting, the best known has always been the TITANIC, and she is indeed an incredible ship with a tragic history, the BRITANNIC on the other hand never made a commercial voyage and was wrecked on the coast of Keya in a place shallow and practically intact, it should also become a Museum and be better known by TITANIC enthusiasts, OLYMPIC is the most incredible of the 3 Brothers for having had the longest history and also of course having survived all kinds of advents, as I said it was dismantled but in my opinion I also think it should have been turned into a museum and carry the legacy of its history and that of its younger brothers 😁
I love the vedio!!!!!!!!!!😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
Good job man!
Very enjoyable!!
Nice pool
This super good! All though that is not the muritanina.. that is a ship called Lusitania .
She hitted a German torpedo. And sank in atleast to 40-18 minutes. Great video although some mistakes with ship names.
Hi there, thanks for watching, I know this seems strange but it is actually a Mauretania model, I sank it like her sister Lusitania. If you look close in some of my other videos you can see the name. The kit is made by Airfix :-)
@@ourdogzippy oh I get that! Thank you for replying.

The Titanic Is Sold Out On Amazon So Good Job On Getting it
If you are looking for a model (not the submersible one) try hobbylinc.com or a craft store chain like Michaels
Mauritania: Finally some peace and quiet.
*Queen Elizabeth sink next to Mauritania*
QE: Hi Mauritania.
Mauritania:......OH COME ON!
QE: WHAT DID I DO!?!
I got bored so this what I did.
Where did you get that titanic model from? Link, and I loved it it’s amazing!
The Titanic model is around 20 years old, I bought it 20 years ago (I was lucky to find it) it came with a book that I bought from a store…. Today the only place to find them is eBay, but people ask to much money for them!
Oh thanks!
Leuk om de kijken
Thank you for the compliment :-)
I also wonder if the ships sank because of something. I am fascinated by the ships and ima gonna buy all of them thank you for making this video i really enjoyed it ty.
Each model does have a hole under the waterline to allow water in slowly, that combined with weights does make the models sink
Titanic sank just how it did in real life the stern is actually facing the opposite direction from the bow which is just like in the video
Looks painfull on THe Carrier ngl. Also Mate! U earned a sub

@@ourdogzippy Queen Mary Never Sank!
@@NiYTC it’s Fictional, just for entertainment - not history :-)
Titanic: goes 500 knots and sinks in 5 seconds
if only the water pool in the video could be cooled down to - 35.0° deg to - 43.0° deg you might just have miniaturized real icebergs . . .
Yeah but whould he be freezing because they can stand in water
the figures of the Britannic, Titanic, Mauretania, Queen Elizabeth, Queen Mary, and the video is incredible where I can get the toy ships
Thank You for the compliments. The Titanic is a vintage toy, found only on ebay these days and is very expensive... I was very lucky to get mine before it became expensive. All the other ships in the video are just basic plastic model kits that you can find at any hobby shop and some craft stores. You have to build them, and they become great to look at on the shelf, but in order toturn them into toys and make them float and sink the way they do in the video, you have to modify them, this is beyond what is usually provided in the model kit but is easy to do :-) Hobbylinc.com is a good place to look for model ship kits.

Nice models, however that Britannic looks like it needs more work to be done
Thanks for the compliment - the Britannic is just a Titanic repaint on an old model missing many pieces it’s only meant to resemble not be exact.
@@ourdogzippy nothing wrong with that, im sure you can get pieces of plastic scrap to build the closed welldeck and morgue deckhouse
Yup maybe someday, I would need to include the gantry davits too :-)

The Hood wasn't packed with C-4 to simulated it's sinking?
When the aircraft carrier is sinking so they need to escape by the plane as fast as u can before it sink
Yeah
Imagine if your like in that aircraft carrier you fly one of the Fighter jets and head back to military base or dispatch them for help
Oh God that looks like a shipwreck
Is the Britannic a different painted titanic model or its own?
It’s a Titanic model painted to resemble Britannic, it is not an actual Britannic model so it is not completely accurate (to my knowledge there isn’t an actual kit available) so most Britannic’s are home made - some more detailed than others, I just made mine to resemble, so it looks the part but is not fully detailed to the point of true accuracy, but I think it does the job :-)
@@ourdogzippy ain’t it an Olympic model?
@@ourdogzippy i noticed on the aft well deck
@@ourdogzippy Well, Britannic was exactly this any way.... Is one of the 3 Titanic twin sisters. It was painted like this because it served as a medic ship in the WW1, originally Britannic had the same colors as Titanic & Olympic. And, for those who didn't know: Olympic was also overpainted in WW1, but with a camouflage pattern, was used to transport soldiers and resources.
@@ourdogzippy may I ask what scale is it?
sinking toy boats in the pool today?
saludos desde colombia
question where did you find that splitting titanic model? i have been looking forever
I got mine when it was new and still being manufactured, in a store in 1999. Before it became collectible…. It was rare back then, but not like it is today… These days you likely can only find one on eBay (too expensive) and if you are really lucky and in the right place at the right time… you might just find one at a thrift store or yard sale, or possibly a book store with old stock…. This is considered a book with model as it comes with a book…. So try book websites and used book stores too… You never know…
What did you use for the USS Yorktown because I would like to get myself one
It’s a Lindberg 1/525 model kit :-)
How did you get the Titanic that breaks in half? How much.
I got the model in a store when it was new. This was before it became popular on RUclips, discontinued and hard to find…. When I got it I think I paid $12 on sale, but this was over 20 years ago :-)
Queen Mary became a hotel ship in long beach
WHERE DO YOU GET THAT BRITANNIC I NEEEEEEED IT
It's a repainted titanic
It’s a 1/570 Revell Titanic, repainted to resemble Britannic - so it’s pretty easy to find at any hobby and many craft stores. It’s not exactly a Britannic as Britannic had some different physical characteristics, such as the gantry davits for example, which my model does not presently have, but in doing just a repaint it still looks the part:-)
