@SarahLouisePickett Oh my goodness! I'm so happy you got your chair! What color is your chair? Also, is it a leather recliner, or a fabric recliner? Also, is the material of your chait, chenille? So let me explain what chenille is, if you never heard of it. It's a very soft fabric. So, on the back of the chair, the seat, and the foot rest, the chenille, is basically vertical lines that are parallel. and the lines are side by side. also, the arms of the chair, when it comes to chenille fabric, the lines are horizontal. so if you move your hand up and down across the arm of the chair if you chair does have that soft chenille material, basically you can feel the horizontal lines, as you move your hand down the arm of your chair. it's kind of similar to corduroy, but it is not corduroy. it's chenille. I'm definitely going to get a la-z-boy. this chair, oh my gosh, i had an old recliner, that was passed down from my grandma to my uncle. my grandma had the chair in her house from 2008 to 2012. but then when she moved out, my uncle took that chair. my cousin kept it in his room. and it was a blue la-z-boy with that chenille fabric material we all know and love. but after having that chair at his house. after after it was moved to my uncle's new place in 2014, that chair has been with him and his family for 8 years right up until may 2020. when he had to sadly throw it out at the dump. god i miss that chair so much. no shame. i use to sleep in my old chair too. definitely will get myself one. also is your chair a rocker? if so, that is fantastic. i love la-z-boy. they're the gibson guitar version of furniture. what i mean is, they are an excellent company, better than any other recliner brand out there. kind of like, how with guitarists like myself, lots of people say that gibson is the best guitar company out there that make very good guitars. well sarah, i hope you enjoy your chair. also, is it possible if you can maybe do some soft spoken ASMR videos in your recliner. maybe some vids of you reading a book or magazine? and maybe do some tapping, and scratching sounds on your new chair? maybe that will get me to getting an idea, "Oh, her chair has a chenille soft fabric. so it is a fabric recliner, and not a leather chair."
