You have a very good channel, I LOVE IT. 1 question what is the beef called the one that you put on a rotisserie you see them at tukish kebab shops and then they shave parts of the beef off when it is cooked?

Off topic but can you place the rotisserie motor on either side of the grill?
Most grills have a specific side for the motor.
i could eat 20 lbs of that
