Henry Cejudo should gain a lot of respect after this you can see how genuine and excited he was and truly humble with his position in the room, Henry arguably just as great as Mike and Canelo awesome podcast..
Overall I think what Canelo is most passionate about is making a Mark on his boxing career but also on being an example for many Mexicans that you can come from nothing and end up being a big business man. It seems like he’s more passionate about being an inspiration, admirable in my opinion.
I love Tyson's random nonchalant responses where he'll make something cool seem like not a big deal. Cejudo: "How crazy is that that Ali and Cus D'Amato had the same birthday?!" Tyson: "Shit happens man. Someone had to be born on that day."
Canelo's reaction to this quote accentuated how powerful it was. He immediately turned to Henry and asked him to translate it as best as possible. Such a cool moment.

Interesting to hear Canelo speak English.... He shows a very nice calm and intellectual demeanour. Well mannered, it shows he had an oldskool upbringing and exhibits the oldskool values and manners. Good guy, and role model champ!
He from Guadalajara. He is young enough that people still remember seeing him run around the hood, just like you would see rocky running in the mornings in the movies. Having a great trainer(s) is key, but putting in the work every day and taking care of your body is up to the fighter only. Canelo can be told different strategies, its on him in the end to follow them or not. Perfect example, Chavez Jr. had all the help any fighter can dream of, in the end he didnt put in the work and wasnt serious about the sport, a clown per se

@@gfbmusic it was ok considering he's only mexican-american, but it's also the fact he's himself a champion, so he's more than just an interpreter

yes, he really does a good job. Sometimes translating in real time is not easy even if you are fluent in both languages.
Exactly, and its a shame mayqeather aint doin the same

Interesting to hear Canelo speak English.... He shows a very nice calm and intellectual demeanour. Well mannered, it shows he had an oldskool upbringing and exhibits the oldskool values and manners. Good guy, and role model champ!
He from Guadalajara. He is young enough that people still remember seeing him run around the hood, just like you would see rocky running in the mornings in the movies.
Strangely enough, most of his haters and detractors are Mexicans. A lot of people here really envy him, like... You see how Mayweather Jr gets hate? I dare to say that he gets same amount of hate or even more hate, just from the Mexican community alone.

I would watch every second of that, they need to make it happen i need to know more about mr eddie reynoso and his father. I hope it gets made.
In my opinion he changed Mexican boxing forever. Reynoso’s style is a perfect mixture of classic Mexican offense + bodywork with American slickness. Would love to see an interview with him. An interview with Nacho Beristain would be great as well.
