What an absolute epic series! I thoroughly enjoyed it and much respect for enduring this really tough challenge AND providing your viewers with such stunning footage. Much obliged!
We've all had that sinking feeling as you arrive in a French town on a Sunday. Living in the UK you totally forget how rural France can be. Another epic video.
Gonna grind my way in the corporate world so I can do this when I have enough savings. Always grateful for taking us with you when riding out there. Ride safe
I am very happy to found your channel! First video was your ride at Locarno. Now the 4th Video in a row. Very calm and relaxing participation to your awesome trips! Love it!
Thanks for taking us on your spectacular journeys. You have inspired me to ride my bike more and yesterday I finished a gran fondo. 6 and 1/2 hours of riding - my longest yet - and I was totally spent at the end. I don't know how you do it day after day because this morning I could barely move yet alone ride. The video was superb and captured the weather and scenery so well. 👍😀
Watched all three videos and just kept repeating wow all the way through. Amazing series. This looks amazing, first time I’ve been nearly convinced to do a gravel series.
Again, great content, you are the reason I try to become an ultra gravel rider / bikepacker next year. I signed in for the Alpsdivide. Totally crazy, but I hope fun as well. Keep on producing stuff like that. Thank you.
Very beautiful views• You seem truly under the spell of these rough lands capes, I like dit very much• But How rhum can be possible with pedaling and pedaling • Incroyable britannique !😂
Super video, voor mij een van je meest inspiratievolle en meditatievibe achtige video dus voor mij mag je meer solo rijden en filmen, big like. Bedankt voor al je werk zoal op de fiets als ernaast, ga zo door! 👍🏻
What a great, inspiring series again. And interesting bike of choice. Which inner bar ends did you mount? Anyway, looking fwd to your next episodes. Thnx.
Loved this little series! Any recommendations for an easier entry to gravel/off road ultras? Something a bit more tame than this or Badlands? To let me dip my toe a bit, see what my limits are 😂 Was this series shot on your normal vlogging camera? I’m tempted to ditch my big camera in favour of the DJI Osmo Action 4… wondered if you’d tried it yet
To be fair, this one was pretty tame and a really nice and mellow entry into the whole ultra thing for most of the participants. I shot all of this on the DJI Action 4, so see for yourself how you like it :)
Your footage for this video and the pilgrimage have been wonderful. I'm out there in Aug 24 and will be doing some road riding but also off-rad gravel exploring, any recommendations on gearing? I'm looking at either 44, 10-48 or 40, 10-52.
@@Fernwee no waaaay I was 100% positive is GoPro 12… do you use ND filters or do some colour grading. Also the sound I guess without mics is impressive

You’re right. France landscape is beautiful there. And the music on the vidéo fives this extraordinary ambiance. Merci Marteen

Love all your videos so much, this series is epic!
Any chance that you will do a video of how you filmed & the settings you use on the dji action 4?❤
So beautiful ride. Do you have time for drone shots when you're ridding? Nice.
Sometimes I make time for it, but this time I gave my drone to Simon the race organiser, so he could play around with it a bit when following us ;)
Awesome! 😊
Fantastic advetures!
