Thank you so much for your time and effort to make these videos. it does seem crazy that doctors, specialist can not find exactly what is wrong with us. Our bodies are under attack by something BUT WHAT ???. I am just about to start a paelo ketogenic diet and order more supplements from a book i'm reading by Dr Sarah Myhill called Diagnosis and treatment of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Myalgic Encephalitis. I guess I believe now that I need to make some changes because without changes there will be no change whether it works or not. Acceptance and hope is all we have. Wishing you all a good day XXX
