I appreciate your English. Don't apologize. What you called a "store" we Americans simply call a "restaurant." But, you made an excellent point: One should choose a restaurant by both it's wine and food. :)

Riesling and Gewürtztraminer are great suggestions. I would add to that list Moscato and sweet Rosé. I have had all four of these wines with dishes such as Pad Thai, Penang Curry, Orange Chicken and Vietnamese Noodle Bowls. I would also suggest there are some Asian dishes that pair well with red wine, especially beef dishes that are not sweet or spicy, such as Mongolian Beef, Beef Lo Mein or Beef Yaki Udon.

If i bring my own wine i will bring and my own food, what is the store only for the tables and chairs. I always choose a store about all of these, wines and food. I prefer to be there and a sommelie to ask him what i want to know about the compination wine and food..Anyway i think you are right for the accompaniment wine and food. Keep doing what you are doing. Friendly, Dimitris, a waiter from Lesbos island Greece.
Sorry about my English, I am not so good but i am going to try.
