Best way to figure out if the different glasses make a difference to you is to pour the exact same wine on the different glasses, taste it and judge for yourself !

Yes, look at shitty wines from shitty regions if you want to be cheap. Look bitch, there's a reason certain wine regions are more popular and more expensive. Because they have higher quality wines. You're not getting a great deal on a $15 bottle. You're getting a $15 bottle that tastes exactly like a $15 bottle. That's not a deal.

Riesling and Gewürtztraminer are great suggestions. I would add to that list Moscato and sweet Rosé. I have had all four of these wines with dishes such as Pad Thai, Penang Curry, Orange Chicken and Vietnamese Noodle Bowls. I would also suggest there are some Asian dishes that pair well with red wine, especially beef dishes that are not sweet or spicy, such as Mongolian Beef, Beef Lo Mein or Beef Yaki Udon.

about knowloged you are great. but please as sommelier suggestion do not never move so much the bottle, because if it is going to be a red aged wine you are going to move all the sediments around, but move the apen bottle from both direction in oder to keep the bottle still.
