She just the owner of wine shop who don't really understand much about Fine Dinning open & Decant but still a basic thing need to do. Mark Is right about the proper Opening and Decanting a wine.
I thought you were certified? Why did you pop the cork and spin the bottle when taking the off the foil? If you try to spin the bottle when not using a table you may drop the bottle. Oh and that spiral thing is called a pointed metallic helix or commonly a "worm". Please view the proper wine service video from David Glancy to get a refresher on how to open a bottle of wine.
about knowloged you are great. but please as sommelier suggestion do not never move so much the bottle, because if it is going to be a red aged wine you are going to move all the sediments around, but move the apen bottle from both direction in oder to keep the bottle still.
Helpful video 😊
Really helpful. Must be difficult to clean that decanter

Etty, I loved your videos. Congratulations. A simple question. Isn´t it supposed not to twist the bottle while cutting the capsule?
