They know the lines but not the feelings, the monotony, the bleak hopelessness of infinite limitless pain interrupted only occasional banality in a perpetual state or ignorance, starved of stimulation, cheer or hope. Just because Beckett doesn't tell you who they are doesn't mean the actor cant create a vivid detailed inner life for even the most absurd characters.
it would be cool if they actually listened, and reacted to each other, instead of ignoring all interpersonality, and speeding through all those beats.
The real sense of the play is that they try to ignore each other.
They are actually bearing the presence of each other. Clov is here because there is no place to go, and Hamm needs Clov because there is no one else. No one can leave the room, no one can leave the place and no one has the courage to end his life...

I really don't like this Hamm. He sounds *nicer* and more gentle then Clov. It doesn't fit the character at all.

Not bad, but I didn't like how Hamm kept looking and gesturing towards Clov, the dude's supposed to be blind guys c'mon
