  • Attorney Eva Hager from The Law Practice of Dennison Keller (a focus in elder law) presents.
Eva Maria Hager received her Juris Doctorate from The University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2005. For over 15 years, she served accused citizens in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, first as an Assistant Public Advocate and then as Directing Attorney of the Newport Trial Office with the Department of Public Advocacy. In 2021, she received the Gideon Award in recognition of her extraordinary commitment to equal justice and courageous advancement of the right to counsel.
She joined the Law Practice of Dennison Keller, LLC to continue to serve members of her community in Ohio and Northern Kentucky. While no longer in public service, she recognizes the critical need for a whole-client approach to end-of-life planning and personally knows the benefit of caring, nuanced, and professional guidance for both the client and her loved ones at all stages of an elder’s life. She is inspired to serve your family as a member of the multidisciplinary team offered by the Life Care Plan approach.
Eva received her bachelor’s degrees, cum laude in General Business and Botany from Miami University in Ohio. She has been an active volunteer with her daughter’s Girl Scout troop and PTSO, where she applies her love of gardening to Cincinnati Public Schools’ green spaces.
She is currently licensed in Kentucky and is also authorized to practice law in Ohio pending her admission to the Ohio bar.
Eva also looks forward to the return of in-person classes at Tri-State German American School.
