I haven't hunted water fowl but mallards and teal are about the only things I have seen. I love the look of the wood duck. Watching the mixed bag is cool. Though I say get what is given.
Good evening Jordan and Tristen, a lovely pond to shoot Jordan and yes, a very dark hole to start with. We too, have a pond to shoot but it's lined one side with high poplar trees, a wood at one end, a high hawthorn hedge with a big gap at the north end. It makes shooting into snap shooting - good sometimes and not others. An update on your farm would be great Jordan, if you have time and what ever did happen to those mystery pets?? I really don’t notice the recoil. This year, I’ve been using my Impala plus for the most part. It’s treating very well! I have a kicks high flyer (SBE2 has a Carlson cremator LR) for choke and shoot whatever shells I can find!

Mixed Bag is just fine with me . I don`t recall seeing very many Green Heads in this part of Florida . But I personally like Woodies , Teal or Ring Neck . Enjoyed it Jordan

I love mixed bags, however the most important part for me is the least amount of hens. I like me some good drakes, they´re bigger and they do not lay next years eggs.

Awesome video Jordan!! I bet if you are new to duck hunting any bird would be great to get down and not just trying to get all the same birds but after hunting birds for years that is when I would definitely like to make it a little more challenging and pick all the same birds to shoot!! That would definitely help with a lot of things while hunting birds!! I sure wish I could get back into duck hunting but my dad got rid of everything when I was probably 10 years old and I don’t no anyone else that goes bird hunting around me or had any of the stuff either!!! But I definitely would love to go duck hunting again even to bring back the memories of when I was younger and going with my dad!! When I was younger I didn’t even get to shoot birds I just had to try and stay warm and drink all the hot chocolate out of dad’s thermos!!! Lol!!

Ive been using the tri star 20ga for 2 season now and love it. Thinking about getting a cremator LR for it. Are you liking it on the tri star?
