Yes. If you use enamel paint. I applied a few coats of enamel clear. Make sure you give it enough time to cure. Prep work is very important as well. You want to make sure sand/scuff everything good. And get the surface clean so the paint has good adhesion. But like any paint, over time you might get scratches in it.

You can seal it with a hardening epoxy but even then you'll get micro scratches on it
