Your content is great! I’m about 7months in as a PA in St.Pete and this would have helped at the beginning of my apprenticeship. Luckily for me I have a great mentor but I enjoy watching these. Thank you.
I get why as adjuster you dont want to sing small claims. But it also shows the downside of public adjusters claiming they are trying to help others - They only want to help when they can make $$$$$$$.
I know some people think public adjusters are just in it for the dough, but I can tell you that's not the case. We're here to help people who have been screwed over by their insurance companies because we know the insurance game inside and out, and we can help you get the compensation you deserve.
So when u call out a plumber, or gc, or water mitigation who pays the for the immediate repair? im assuming the homeowner..but what assures them they are going to get reinbursed
Policy states that the insurance company will cover leak detection and access. So if you hire a leak detection company, that bill will be paid. If a plumber does the leak detection and repair, the leak detection will be paid along with the access/labor to the pipe. Materials however will not be paid. So whichever mind of expert is hired, have them always separate the labor and materials.

You mention “have experts” / Team to call (plumbers, electrician, GC, mold detection etc. does the PA pay for those experts to come out?
