You hit it right on the head, when you main a particular killer you learn through the reps what wins games and what loses games. The dbd community is weird AF for just taking these people's word about said killer as law when they haven't even put in the required reps. They gotta be cornered into desperate measures and desperates measures means mistakes. irl hunters proceed just like that to get rabbits, badgers or whatever. Their dogs force the game out of their hiding spot and they scamper. The preys are in such state of panic they become easy to target.
I would hope this would shut down any Timmies and PEASANTS sayin Wolfe lowers his mmr and only stomps bot players, but i know it wont. Knight, no perks or add-ons, Ormond, and he still dominated. And now people cant say Quiet Kills is better cuz he does no perk matches, when Wolfe made the same thing happen with another killer thats considered trash
I’ve noticed with survivors too they’re scared to death to get hit by the guards. If you’re stuck and you know you’re going to get cut off go ahead and hit the guard and make it 1v1 again. Better to take one hit than 2 or prevent yourself from getting cut off. It’s 50/50 doing it this way and prolongs the chase slightly. Best case they’ll send another guard and hopefully miss giving you a chance to make distance and heal

Another creator i enjoy is Puffalope and he is doing a series where he learns ever killer from a dedicated main. He should be having Freddy come up soon and I think you should be the coach for that.
I like the gameplay idea, no room for argument with results like that. I like deadplays but he does make interesting choices sometimes and I have to wonder if it's due to some idea of fairness he's trying to uphold but he does still do some good work anyway most times so I like him. I feel like people misuse the knight's guards like people misuse vecna's orb. It never makes sense to have it travel in the same direction you choose to go because it offers no additional coverage and you're more likely to spot something than the orb since it's fairly slow.
Onepumpwillie and d3ad plays are pretty goated, I don’t think d3ad is familiar about the rework but I know he can be good with the knight if he played him more
I will say not being able to chase a survivor that your guard is chasing is a dumb feature that ruined the knight for a lot of people. I liked being able to funnel a survivor and now you get punished for chasing the same survivor 🤦♂️. Bhvr nerfs one of the weakest killers in game.
