JP, Dragon Ball Z is indeed more early 90s than late: the Cell saga was in 1992/93 and the Buu saga was in 1994/95. DBZ was localized as soon as 1990 in my region, less than a year after its start in Japan. So yeah, it's old as hell :)

I got about 80 hours in TCG card game sim and man my most expensive card was 4800. Getting that ghost card foil worth 10k+ is like a 0.02% It's insanely low.
It's kind of funny seeing how Bi-polar the two sections about Halo are (in my opinion) in this episode. the first chunk about the move to UE5 is interesting and how upset they get about people talking/complaining about DEI and what not. the Second chunk is about how there are only 2 good episodes in the Halo TV series. Which was toted by the actors for being diverse and inclusive. I Wish them Luck with what they choose to do next with their franchise but i'm in the Wait and See group

Over here in Belgium, DB, Sailor Moon, Saint Seyia and all other popular Anime were accessible at most a year behind Japan, because we had channels from all over Europe accessible. Yeah Atlus game all have weird enemy design, it’s based on some novel or something from way back in the day. I like it because it feels unique but it’s definitely not for everyone, kinda like horror game monsters sometimes.
Tbf those remakes were like shopped out to 3rd party studios by 2k and if i rember properly the smallstudio who did them were only known for making ds shovelware and porting a few sports titles so blame 2k for not vetting the team and giving the job to the lowest bidder
I think Atlus has stated that Persona 5 Royal was the last Royal/definitive version they will ever do and are instead going to an expansion/DLC game plan, this game will be the first where they are gonna try it on. So you should be good, unless they were talking out of their ass. Which is a possibility.

Roblox is as dangerous as any other social platform on the internet. Pedos, violence, sexual harrasment are everywhere, it doesn't matter where. And education is the way bigger problem. I have both the original official run Frostmourne and Doomhammer released by Blizzard over a decade ago. They are kinda shit compared to the battleready replicas I have. Only buy these originals for the cred of having the official ones. Otherwise get a good replica instead.
Phishing means the emails from the courier companies trying to fish you for your login details etc. Hack is an unauthorized access when they get onto a server with said details (or by other means). I think JP just mixed the two up or something.
The sunderfolk game just has been done multiple times, and it looks dated. Daemo is probably the best version this. And it lets you do more of a dungeon crawl type thing.
With Halo, it’s more so the botched release, the failure to have local co-op or more co-op online options perhaps. And their ability to have enough content available to keep things fresh and interesting not even to say constant releases but on release it was just underwhelming. When you first engage the player base you have to be able to keep that engagement cause once you lose it it’s hard to keep them coming back you can’t be like hey come back in a year we’ll have more. It’s gotta have that variety right away. Where multiplayer was super crippled the amount of maps. The big features taking time and more time to release it’s too little at any given moment. That’s where the issue lied and they chalked it up to the engine. So hopefully moving to unreal 5 does keep the feel of halo but they can give that to us all at once. From what I understand if you were to take the time to get back into it it’s possible there’s enough there now to where players would actually really buy into it again and like how far it’s come. The player base has simply moved on though.
Tbf about the new atlus game like nobody knows about it i like atlus and smt and stuff didnt hear a peep about it from any of like the different normal sources i normally get info from idk if it was like advertised on steam or something cause my steam machine has been down but i frequent podcasts stream highlights and news videos and untill you mentioned it on last show this game didnt exhist atlus was off screwing around making smt remakes or persona 6 for all i knew right and i cant be the only one cause i feel like there should be huge hype around it after persona 5 and to a lesser extent the most recent smt game but radio silence besides you guys
