There is one west facing window for this room but the rest is grow lights and they are doing very well for me. Leaves are always sizing up or staying around the same size depending on the plant.
I’m currently not using anything fancy. All the grow lights are from Amazon. The tri headed one is lbw brand and the rest are just basic grow lights on stands. If you’re looking for something to sun stress Hoyas for example I’d go with a mars hydro grow light.
