I love your teaching! As a victim of serious domestic violence I know that when I used my femininity it saved my life from strangulation! I let go of everything that wanted to fight and defend myself and he released me and ran from the house. I did involve the police because this is not what God wants for me! Feminine energy is so powerful!

I think guilt trippers are really control freaks and I stay away from them! LOL I'm in my 50s and I am so sick of text buddies. I want a phone call or an in-person date...but sometimes those are hard to come by. Texting is low risk and that's probably why some guys enjoy it. It's not time-consuming and he can do it whenever.

Gosh your beautiful energy calms me down. My anxiety disappears whenever I watch any of your videos. Very very calming vibration. Please make a video on this kind of calm energy. I, unlike you, am very nervous and fluttery and it is so obvious. My world turned upside down a few months ago when I lost my dad and moved and my uncertainty shows through my nervous, fidgedy movements and communication.

The very LAST question and your answer was worth watching this entire video for. There were other nuggets to be sure but the part about HONORING our TRUE feelings, especially in the simple way Adrienne described (not reacting to or ignoring the guilt or shame feeling), then WAITING for the next thought/feeling to arise is priceless.
Acknowledging what we are actually feeling and letting it flow through, is what leads to a more authentic way of being. It’s a clearer place to come from rather than fear, doubt, guilt or confusion. Acting out of low emotional states hardly ever leads to happiness. While coming from a place of clarity does lead to happiness, whatever form that may be for the individuals involved. Thank you!
So what I hear is to stay in your feminine to find what you’re feeling in that moment and respond with warmth. It feels nice to hear your voice 😊 with a warm smile in your voice.

9:00 a woman shouldn't reply to a guy who pops up again after a while AT ALL... bc if he really likes you, he'll message you again until he gets in contact. And he should come up with some really good offers, with 0 effort or planning/waiting required from her side. No anger whatsoever on this side. Period.
I agree. I tried giving them another chance after they hoover back and they just dissapeared again. My philosophy is, "if they do it once they'll do it again... this is his best..I don't need to see thr rest".

I need this because my man has been doing all of most of these, and I have been responding in all the wrong ways.
So I practiced being feminine today. My friend tells me how she hates having so much homework, and instead of making a solve it statement I just said, I know what you mean! And it felt like I was dropping a load off my shoulders. It also felt natural and very simple. Also I have been noticing all the boys around me and not zoning in on one or two. I keep in mind to treat every man the same and not be grossed out if an ugly man compliments me. I know, I sound like a rude person lol

Good advice. I have discovered I can't deal with man who lack empathy and investment. I can't cope with lazy people in general and having to wait for a man days and days to contact me or ask me out, no thank you. Most of them are so selfish that only contact me when they are bored 😑. For me that is a turn off. I used to get disappointed with this type of men but now I learned to just walk away.
I would love to see more material aimed at us wives that have been married for a few years (or more!) that are just learning these principles. There's a lot of overlap, to be sure. But sometimes there's none.

I don't know. I've been married for 5 years and it's been tough. The fire can be turned on yes, but honestly when he texts it's very transactional. We have a life and there are things to do. But I'm in my head so much and it's tiring. So I lost that playfulness and want to get it back. Not for my husband. For me. So I can move in my feminine energy and set down the masculine energy I operate in at work, etc. Having a place to be warm feels better to me. This is helping my marriage.

I just had to tell you that I was almost caught in the middle of an argument with a man until I remembered that is how they put you in the friend zone. I stopped myself and tried to stay calm. It was amazing! I want to stay warm if I like a man.

I have a guy who I am not dating but he touches base every couple of days or weeks. He will message with me with "Hello, how are you?" Now I know a better way to respond rather than my go to response of " I am good, how are you?"

I’m dating someone who I have fun with, but I don’t hear from him every day. If I text him he always responds, but he doesn’t initiate it. What can I do .

Men waste your time via text. If they wanted to really connect with you they will. There are plenty of lonely men out there that want your attention and waste your time but can't make any kind of commitment and that's why they are lonely.

I fell into a Chat relationship with a nice young man who lives clear across the globe. We like each other and he tried call twice. I didn't answer but when I saw that he did, I told him it freaked me out. He apologized and I left it at that. I just don't see how this could ever turn into anything

Speaking from my own experience, my ex husband loves texting. He texted me every single day even after we were married for a few years. He just loves chatting. He chats a lot with his other family members too via texts. And after divorce, the first man I dated... Omg, he texts a lot too and we use iPhone voice chats a lot as well. Then now I’m seeing a new guy, this guy also loves texting. And he records videos of him talking to me and send them to me.
Mostly texting too much is not

Guilt Trippers tend to be narcissistic nightmares waiting to happen..... Abusers probably too. The attempt to miscellaneously guilt trip you is a very telling red flag .

It sounds like he doesn’t want to take ownership of getting together or even committing. IMO, it would have been so much better had he said “I would like to get together”

To me this person can be a narcissist or highly manipulative. Either way, I feel like a red flag is thrown.

Yep, likely a narcissist who likes when women are chasing them because it makes them feel they are in high demand. I dated a guy like that for a year, he ended up being extremely emotionally abusive and controlling. Earlier on told me he was waiting for me to ask him to be my boyfriend, he wouldn't ask me. So I did and he says he's not ready after a couple months, wanted to feel like I was "working" for it because he's just that amazing 🙄. Not saying all guys who do this are that bad, but HUGE red flag to be very careful of!

But why should I change my essence? I am a woman who prioritizes my man and true love and I rather spend time on the phone or dinner with him than spinning or having to hung up just because I have to leave bc feminine protocol. I AM MUCH OF A LEADER! I like to chase! I like to put sooo much energy and feel them connected and if they feel unmotivated just because I am too present and give myself with authenticity to them, then they are not the one for me! My man will always value me not bc I have a life but because my heart and mind and soul.
It’s fine if you like to chase, just be aware that that is masculine energy. Action is masculine energy, receiving and leaning back comfortably is feminine energy. There’s nothing wrong if you lean more to the masculine side! This just isn’t the channel for you then.

I still take action BUT now that action is focused within: self love, self care, joyful moments, fun, nourishing me and chasing no men. If and when a high level man comes into my life I will practice balance. I just don’t believe on pretending or forcing to be always with your handbag on your shoulder ready to leave bc that comes from a place of fear of being abandoned- that is why you don’t move. I have been researching dating and relationship videos. Your videos and explanations are alot easier to understand. I get it. I wish i Knew all this before I let my long distance bf go when he said he wasn't ready. Even though we hit it off so great right from the beginning. I made big mistakes in the relationship i was trying to build. But i let him go saying i need someone who wants to be with me 100%. I just hope he contacts me again because he misses me...lol.

How do we date multiple guys in the dating phase without having them feel used? Or how many dates do you recommend minimum before deciding to move foward with one of the guys without having them feel used. I'm dating and meeting amazing men who are also chivalrous and pay for the date ect. I sometimes feel bad when they are investing time and money when I'm not sure if I like them (I dont feel bad if they are my boyfriend because I know I deserve it ) but I dont want to hurt a guy either. I just want to choose the best fit (I also don't believe in 50/50 and wouldn't feel right paying half either)

To make it fair yet help me decide weather to continue talking to them, I use 3 dates , (make it clear from the beginning I'm talking to others), & after the 3rd date, I let them know if I don't want to continue talking:) just me, not too much time or money invested from both sides.
