As a chef by trade, I have to say that I really enjoyed your laid back, no nonsense and easygoing style. All too often demo's reflect the chefs need to show how clever they are. Well done.
I used to do S&S years ago with W/wine salt black pepper etc for the marinadeThen egg yolk C/flower for the batter and deep fry. Will try this seems a lot less trouble Cheers
Please, please, please write your recipes down, not just the ingredients but the amounts for each. I usually double the amounts, say 1.3kgs of chicken. I have a dual drawer airfryer so can cook that much at once. It makes it difficult to follow the sauce recipe from the video when doubling the number of tablespoons of everything, stop, go back, start etc. We LOVE your Satay Chicken - I guessed the amount of brown sugar lol - and make it often. I’m trying this Sweet & Sour Chicken tomorrow, fingers crossed I get it right.

Love sweet & sour but can’t stand the smell frying food creates all over the house. Can’t wait to try this option. Thanks.
Hi Leigh I'm going to try this it's my favourite dish but I've always been too scared to try it.
Good luck, hope it turns out decent.
It was really nice, I was very surprised I could make a takeaway that tasted like the real deal. Thank you doing it again tomorrow 😊
How much of everything would have helped
