I305 is better in the back and it's the best coaster in the park. I've ridden it around 30 times during my 2018 and 2019 visits. Even if I pass out on the first turn, that does not stop me from marathoning it when it's 100 degrees out in the middle of summer. Currently my number 3 behind Steel Vengeance and Fury 325.
Man, I love I305 and twisted timbers. One of the best one two punches of any park in the country! Hope KD gets something big after the 4d spinner to replace Volcano.

My home park... Lot of ups and downs over the years I remember working there when the Time Shaft was still up as one of those kids walking around with a dust pan and a broom. People constantly vomited coming out of the tunnel. Good times.
Fun storytime from a KD ride operator on that crazy day: I remember that day vividly (it's actually kinda funny). I worked in Planet Snoopy all summer long and all of Haunt. Holy cow! That was the busiest day that we had all season! Woodstock Express never has that long of a wait. I operated the thing and that was the craziest day we had. The line was like 45 minutes long. Some of the flat rides in my area were a little crazier. People were waiting for the kiddie bumper cars (called Lucies Crabby Cabbies) for 30 minutes. While I can't delve into the juicy numbers of how many people were there, I did hear that they had to stop letting people into the park that day, and what a day that was. I felt like the summer days were nothing after that one. If ya'll had come to ride Woodstock that would have been a blast. You got the last train of the day running at 11:07 . I don't think we had our last rider till like 7:15PM because the line was so backed up.

Summer is when I plan to get there, a week ahead of July 4th in fact! I also hope to visit Carowinds, Six Flags America, Busch Gardens Williamsburg, and Great Adventure for the first time!
I worked Halloween Haunt when I was in high school for 2 years at King's Dominion from 2007-2008 if you ever need info about it. Won an award given to the two best "monsters" both years so I was given a lot of freedom if you want some info about how that was run over a decade ago.
It’s been 10 years since I’ve been to KD. I need to get back here instead of driving past it while heading to Busch Gardens. I live a bit over an hour away in Alexandria, yet I haven’t bothered to go back here. I hope I can get back here before the enthusiast in me goes away.

Edit/Drop a vid in less than 5 days is dope though. I (temporarily) moved to Spain in the time it took for you to start editing and posting it. I'll be back in the states in May, but I plan to get up to Farup Sommerland, Billund, Wallibi Rhone-Alps, and Cannes beyond the parks the country has to offer (except Terra Mitica...Probably)

I'm surprised to see Dominator running 3 trains! I didn't know they still ran 3 on occasions, given the crowds I'm glad they did!
It was nice! They were almost double stacking every cycle but occasionally they’d send a train out while one was in like the corkscrews
