Most Delicious Banana Cake You’ll Ever Make

For this delicious cake…
You Will Need
🍰Over riped bananas
🍰Juice of half of a medium sized lemon (2 tbsps)
🍰50 grams melted room temperature butter
🍰1 cup white sugar
🍰1 cup brown sugar
🍰1/5 cup whole room temperature milk
🍰4 large room temperature eggs
🍰3 cups all purpose flour
🍰2 tsp baking soda
🍰1 tsp salt
🍰1 tsp ginger powder (optional)
🍰1 tsp cardamom powder
🍰1 tsp grated nutmeg
🍰1 tsp cinnamon powder
🍰1 tsp all spice
🍰1 cup coconut flakes
🍰 vanilla extract
🍰Lemon extract (optional)
🍰A pinch of love ❤️

Omg I made this yesterday and it was the best I’ve ever made! I did cut back a little on the sugar and I tasted it before cooking and I sprinkled about a 1/4 cup sugar on top and it was perfect! I was going to make some banana frosting but my husband said that it didn’t need anything! Thank you for sharing 🫶

Hi Bertha, just tried making this cake. Used metric as I dont have cups and 360g looked like too much flour when I was adding it; cake tastes delicious but definitely more dense than fluffy. Do you know the weight of the flour and milk by any chance?

Hello Tina, thanks for trying the recipe. 3 cups all purpose flour is approximately 350-360 grams. For the milk, 115 grams should give you best results. Remember to add melted butter and you can reduce the coconut flakes or omit it completely. Let me know if this helps 😊. Kindly share and watch more videos
