You can use any brand but make sure your cream is cold and use powdered sugar and Nescafé instant coffee . Thanks🥰

hi there! here are some tips on your cake being rubbery since the recipe itself isn't the problem ( it's actually an easy great recipe ) you might have overmixed it causing gluten to form or you used cold items everything must be in room temp.
