Please look into Low Dose Neltraxone it's for autoimmune problems but I discovered that it's also good for pain. I have osteoporosis on my lower back but, have no pain.
So healing...I woke up at 3 with pain and a lot anxiety ..put my headphones on...cuddled with my hotpaks...did breathing and set the intention to go within and sleep.And I did .The power of the mind and sound and faith....it all works . Thanks for your gift of sound.💜💚❤️☺️

I received the answer that stronger than Tibetan bowls is the mind om mani padme hum, or chanting om mani padme hum. when I asked what is more powerful than the mind or chanting om mani padme hum? I got the answer that more powerful than Om Mani Padmé Hum is kind love. when I asked what is more powerful than love, I got the answer that more powerful than love is the source of love in each of us. I once asked what is stronger than loving fate? the answer was that there is nothing more powerful than a loving destiny, whether you have that destiny or not, it doesn't matter whether that destiny is Irene, man, or God, for some a Lover or a Mistress, a Buddha, a Bodhisattva for another, a Father, Mother, or whatever, whether you are chanting om mani padme hum or not chanting, whether you are chanting jay guru narayan, whether you are thinking and thinking, the important thing is that you surrender to what you believe is your loving destiny, that you surrender to it , he literally gave himself to Him as a source of love. so what is your loving destiny? please continue, you're doing great.
