I was told on the read, of my srx I need to recalibrate the emergency brake cuz its electric brakes in the rear is that true. Of do the same as the front with out doing anything else.
Does the electronic parking brake require it to be put into a service mode when doing the rear brakes on this car? If so how do I put it into service mode?

On my SRX the outer brake pad is stuck to the caliper and won’t come off despite the caliper being loose. Can you suggest a way to detach it?

Are the torque specs the same for the front wheels?
So how do you put it in service mode to retract the parking brake?

My 2016 SRX calls for 140 foot lb. on lug nuts.
Shouldn't you brake clean and wipe out the ebrake surface also?
